Mallika pleads with Vikrant not to leave her again. At Aishwarya’s suggestion, Vikrant spends time with Mallika while Aishwarya takes Neetu away to give them privacy. Meanwhile, Mannat shows Shalini a strong medicine Mallika has been taking and suspects she’s deceiving everyone for sympathy. Mannat points out that Mallika didn’t consume the poisoned food she gave to the children—suggesting her intentions were manipulative rather than suicidal. Just then, Anirudh calls Mannat for an urgent meeting.
Elsewhere, Neetu urges Roni to speak with Vikrant, but Roni hesitates, unable to forgive Mallika. Neetu defends Mallika, saying she acted out of insecurity and love for Vikrant, unlike Roni, who once forgave Bobby for his mistake. Raveena accuses Neetu of justifying Mallika’s crime and endangering her son. Neetu responds that Mallika never received the love she deserved from Vikrant, unlike her, who trusts Roni completely.
Later, Mallika throws herself at Vikrant’s feet, begging for forgiveness. Aishwarya scolds Mallika publicly to gain Vikrant’s trust but secretly warns her not to overact and ruin their plan. Vikrant ignores Mallika’s fainting drama, which frustrates her. Mannat comforts Vikrant, assuring him he isn’t to blame—Mallika is. Mallika watches and burns with jealousy.
Mannat then meets Anirudh, who genuinely cares for her. She confides her suspicion that Mallika’s suicide attempt was fake, aided by Aishwarya and a doctor. Anirudh examines the medicine and reveals it’s a slow-acting capsule—confirming Mannat’s suspicion. When she questions his motives, he reveals he also seeks revenge against Sonia.
Mallika confesses to Aishwarya that she’s unsure how to win Vikrant back. Aishwarya advises her to keep playing the weak, innocent victim—men, she says, fall for that. Mallika likes the idea and says she flushed the medicine to erase any evidence, unaware Mannat recovers the capsule from the pipe.
Gagan later shares an emotional moment with Vikrant, expressing love for Mallika and asking him to care for her. Mannat overhears, touched by Gagan’s words. She tells him Mallika is lucky to have such a father, and he blesses her, unaware she envies that paternal bond.
Trying to gain Vikrant’s sympathy, Mallika acts weak again, and he helps her to the washroom. Neetu sees hope in that gesture. Mallika believes she might still have a chance. Meanwhile, Vikrant enjoys time with Aditya as Mannat and Shalini work to cheer him up. Mannat even tricks him into feeding Aditya to lift his spirits. Shalini urges Mannat to tell Vikrant the truth about Mallika’s betrayal, but Mannat wants to expose her fake suicide first.
During dinner, Aishwarya serves food to Mallika, who soon clutches her stomach in pain. Kiran demands to know what Aishwarya added. Aishwarya blames Mannat, but Vikrant defends her and asks for a doctor. Shockingly, Mannat confesses that Aishwarya is right—she did poison Mallika’s food.
