Mallika, in a fit of rage, tells Mannat she wishes harm on the children and wants Mannat to remain in jail, even wishing death upon her there. Overcome with anger, Vikrant raises his hand to slap Mallika, but Mannat intervenes, reminding him not to stoop to violence. Vikrant then questions his father Gagan about the fate of the children, prompting Gagan to ask Mallika how she could do such a thing. Mallika denies everything, insisting that Mannat is framing her and claims the incriminating video is fake. Roni, furious, confronts Mallika and Aishwarya, demanding to know if Aishwarya was involved or aware of Mallika’s actions that endangered innocent lives and the family’s reputation.
Aishwarya pretends innocence while others, like Ravindra, defend her, and Kiran blames her for Mallika’s behavior,
Vikrant shifts the focus to Mannat’s suffering, reminding Mallika that Mannat was jailed for a crime she didn’t commit. Mallika, still self-centered, complains he cares more about Mannat than her. Disgusted, Vikrant tells her to stay away from him. Aishwarya tries to excuse Mallika’s actions as a “small mistake,” but Vikrant is appalled, unable to forgive the attempt on the children’s lives or the harm done to his work and Mannat. He reveals he’d doubted Mannat because of Mallika’s lies and is disgusted by her continued self-justification.
When Mallika blames Mannat and refuses to accept responsibility, Mannat loses control and slaps her, demanding Mallika self-reflect. Vikrant, realizing Mallika will never change or acknowledge her faults, ends things with her, regretting their marriage, and storms out as Mallika tries to chase after him.
Meanwhile, Gagan and Kiran continue to blame Aishwarya for leading Mallika astray, while Ravindra remains supportive of Aishwarya. Vikrant later seeks out Aditya and apologizes to Shalini, expressing regret for his actions. Mannat joins them, and while Aditya refuses to eat from Vikrant, he accepts food from Mannat, leaving Vikrant feeling even more remorseful.
Back at home, Neetu confronts Aishwarya and Mallika, castigating Mallika for her desperate attempts to win Vikrant and for betraying the family. She threatens to sever ties with Mallika, and Gagan scolds her further. Kiran urges Aishwarya to repair the situation, while Roni reprimands Puneet for failing to support Vikrant.
Neetu insists that Mallika should be kept away from Vikrant, while Aishwarya helplessly fails to placate her. Overhearing the conflict, Mallika threatens to take poison, but meanwhile, Mannat comforts a distraught Vikrant, ultimately informing him that the charges against Mallika have been dropped.
