Anirudh reveals to Mannat that he once took the blame for a crime to protect his baby, only to be deceived by Aishwarya, who falsely claimed the child had died. He later discovered the truth—that Mannat is his alive daughter. Despite this betrayal, he swore never to leave Aishwarya, who is now actively trying to harm Vikrant and Mannat. He pleads with Mannat to uncover the truth about Sonia to save Vikrant’s life.
Overwhelmed and confused about whom to believe, Mannat retreats to a silent seashore. Vikrant, concerned for her, questions Shalini, who reveals Mannat was upset after meeting Varun and warns against her falling for Anirudh’s emotional words.
Alone, Mannat grapples with the shocking revelation that her mother, Aishwarya, wanted her dead. She shares her grief and confusion in a prayer, asking for guidance. Finding a paper boat, she remembers Vikrant’s advice and finds her resolve, vowing to fight for justice and uncover the truth, no matter what.
She visits Anirudh in jail, stating she doesn’t trust him but is giving him a chance. She warns that if he is the culprit, she will not spare him, just as she will not spare Aishwarya if she is guilty of ruining innocent lives.
Later, at home, a family puja leads to tension. When Neetu insults Mannat for performing a ritual meant for a daughter-in-law, Vikrant declares his intention to divorce Mallika. Mannat uses the moment to provoke Aishwarya by getting close to Vikrant. Aishwarya scolds Mallika for her clumsiness, which Mannat interprets as taking her side.
Privately, Aishwarya advises Mallika to play the victim to ruin Mannat’s reputation and prevent the divorce. Meanwhile, Vikrant questions Mannat’s strange behavior, and she explains she was testing Aishwarya’s loyalty. As Vikrant’s lawyer confirms the divorce papers are ready, he tells Mannat he is ready to start a new life.

Though I cannot stand Mallika – she looks so freaking UGLY when she is acting as a Villian n always get back fired!!
