Mannat prepares breakfast for Shruthi, who expresses her desire to visit the Mezbani to participate in the food offering for orphans, calling it a divine blessing. She ties a kala dhaga on Mannat’s wrist to ward off evil. When milk accidentally spills, Shruthi worries it’s a bad omen, but Mannat dismisses her concern. Mallika, however, takes it as a sign and begins plotting with Puneet to frame Mannat for an impending disaster. Puneet warns that no one should reach the venue before him.
Meanwhile, Mallika pretends to apologize to Vikrant, blaming her past doubts on insecurity and acknowledging his unwillingness to accept her. She manipulates Neetu into supporting her and suggests attending the Mezbani with the family to impress clients. Though Vikrant agrees, he insists he can’t wait long due
Aishwarya offers to help Mallika, but Mallika coldly declines, making it clear that nothing has changed between them. Later, Puneet, in disguise, sneaks into the kitchen and distracts Shalini to attempt poisoning the sugar. Just as he’s about to do so, Derick accidentally bumps into him, spilling the poison. Puneet quickly recovers and informs Mallika that the plan has failed.
Determined not to miss her chance, Mallika insists they move forward. As Mannat warmly welcomes the orphaned children, dances, and serves sweets—including to Vikrant—Mallika hands a new vial of poison to Puneet, who hesitates, fearing the children might die. She convinces him to add only a small amount and suggests mixing it into wheat flour instead of sugar.
Unaware of the plan, Mannat tells Vikrant the flour is finished. He agrees to her getting more from Pintu uncle’s vendor, despite some suspicion about the quality. Varun’s boss later gives Pintu uncle a lift, allowing Mannat to get the flour just in time. Mallika contaminates it with poison, and Mannat unknowingly begins cooking.
As the food is served, Mallika is confident Mannat will now pay for challenging her. The children eat and suddenly collapse. A devastated Mannat is left in shock while Mallika watches with a satisfied smirk. Vikrant demands answers, but Mannat is clueless about what went wrong. Mallika discreetly updates Puneet, who then shares his joy with Raveena, pleased their plan has succeeded.
