Mallika accidentally knocks over a flower vase and hides from Mannat, who confronts Aishwarya about keeping secrets—just as Mallika’s fake marriage was exposed. Mannat vows to reveal Aishwarya’s hidden truth, though she lacks proof yet. She clarifies she never promised to protect Mallika’s lies, only Aishwarya’s secret. Mannat insists she doesn’t want to “steal” Vikrant but free him from a forced marriage. Aishwarya panics, accusing Mannat of betrayal, but Mannat defends her actions as necessary to save Vikrant.
Meanwhile, Puneet takes out his anger on a servant, prompting Mallika to manipulate him against Mannat. She schemes to distract Mannat while digging for Shruthi’s secret. As Mannat prepares medicine, Vikrant helps, admitting he misjudged her. Mannat hints at her sacrifices for family, but Vikrant misses the deeper meaning.
Later, Puneet forces Mannat and Vikrant to meet clients, despite her reluctance. Mallika seizes the chance to isolate Shruthi, pressuring her for answers. When the doctor calls about Shruthi’s liver donor, Puneet intercepts Mannat’s phone. Shruthi reveals her donor was “Sonia Khanna,” confusing Mallika—since Aishwarya actually donated it.
Puneet mocks Mannat at the meeting, but she asserts her authority, even cooking for the staff when he refuses. Meanwhile, Mallika makes Aishwarya collapse, withholding her medicine to force a confession. Mannat slaps Mallika, finally exposing the truth in a dramatic confrontation.
