Neetu explains to Vikrant that she never plotted anything against Vishaka. Mannat steps in, clarifying that Vikrant never accused Neetu of harming Vishaka—he only asked her to be more cautious. He also expresses his relief that the glass shards didn’t injure Neetu. Vikrant nods in agreement, and Mannat encourages Neetu to enjoy the ceremony.
Meanwhile, Vishaka thinks about how Aishwarya’s plans are clever but somehow always end up hurting her. She gently blows on her minor wound. Mannat points out that it’s only a small injury and tells her not to worry. However, she also notes that Vishaka probably already knew about the glass pieces, which is why her hand wasn’t hurt badly. Vishaka pretends to be offended and asks if Mannat is accusing her of planning everything. Mannat drops the pretence and questions why Vishaka is always the one getting “accidentally” hurt by Neetu. Vikrant overhears the exchange. Mannat accuses Vishaka of intentionally creating drama to gain Vikrant’s attention.
Realizing Vikrant is watching, Vishaka suddenly claims Mannat is right—she shouldn’t stay in this house and should leave immediately. Vikrant stops her, while Mannat quickly pretends to convince Vishaka to stay, not wanting Vikrant to suspect anything.
Neetu then informs Vikrant that a group of transgenders has arrived to bless the bride and groom. They bless the couple, and Vikrant and Mannat dance joyfully with them. Meanwhile, Vishaka asks Aishwarya about her next plan. Aishwarya says that although the group is here to bless the couple, their actual purpose is to help expose Neetu. She tells Vishaka to simply wait and watch.
As Neetu opens her purse to take out money, the medicine packet falls out. Vikrant picks it up, searches its details online, and discovers how dangerous it is. He demands to know whose medicine it is and who has been taking it. Shocked, he finds his own name on the prescription. Neetu pleads with him to listen, saying she can explain everything. She insists she did it out of love and fear of losing him. Mallika panics, worried Neetu might reveal the real truth.
Thinking fast, Neetu lies, claiming the medicine is for her. She says she has been depressed ever since Vishaka returned and that Aishwarya’s “death” continues to haunt her. She admits she bought the medicine in Vikrant’s name so no one in the house would find out.
Vikrant scolds her, reminding her how dangerous the medicine is. When he asks why she didn’t tell anyone, she tries to place the responsibility on Mannat. Vikrant becomes furious, reprimanding Mannat for not informing him. He even comments that if Shruti were in Neetu’s place, Mannat would never have forgotten to tell him. Neetu begs him to stop scolding Mannat and asks Roni to help calm him down. Vikrant storms off in anger, and Mannat leaves feeling hurt.
Shruti confronts Neetu for allowing Mannat to take the blame and expresses disappointment. Meanwhile, Aishwarya tells Vishaka that although their plan failed, Vikrant has started doubting Mannat. If he is so angry over this small matter, how will he react when he discovers that Mannat hid the truth about his birth? They now believe Neetu’s confession video is their last hope.
Later, Neetu apologizes to Mannat for blaming her and confesses she doesn’t know how the medicine ended up in her purse. Mannat immediately suspects Vishaka’s involvement.
Precap: Mannat wonders who could be supporting them, since Mallika lacks the money to purchase a fake prescription and Vishaka isn’t influential enough to take such steps on her own.
