The doctor examines Shruthi while Aishwarya pretends to show concern. The doctor advises Shruthi to rest, but Aishwarya blames Mannat for the incident, saying the women attacked Shruthi because they recognized her as Mannat’s mother and wanted to vent their anger.

Mallika also accuses Mannat, stopping her from approaching Shruthi and claiming Shruthi’s condition is her fault for supporting a criminal. With Shruthi’s BP high, Mannat demands Mallika stay away from her mother. Mallika acts as if she’s consoling Shruthi, while Neetu criticizes Mannat for being ungrateful, saying Shruthi sacrificed everything for her, yet she still supports Anirudh. Vikrant grows frustrated hearing all this.

Kiran adds harshly that while she won’t support Aishwarya in anything, abandoning Mannat at

birth was the only right decision—she even wishes Mannat had died then. Vikrant scolds her for dragging up the past and tells her to focus on the present. Mannat, upset, asks Shruthi why she is silent, why she won’t say anything in her defense. Shruthi breaks down, accusing Mannat of choosing Anirudh over her, saying she thought she had raised her well but feels like a failure. Hurt, Mannat leaves. Vikrant angrily questions Neetu’s interference in Mannat’s family matters, but she retorts by asking if he would support her if she were in Shruthi’s place. He storms off in anger.

Later, Mannat spikes everyone’s food. Shalini worries about the risk, but Mannat insists she must take the chance—she is determined to fight Aishwarya Rai Singh at any cost. Shalini shows her Rajinder’s video, and together they decide to use it against Mallika. After spiking the food, Deepak unknowingly takes it away.

That night, Mannat and Shalini execute their plan to terrify Mallika. Pretending to prank her, they use Rajinder’s stick and a recording of his threatening voice. Mallika grows terrified and rushes for help, but everyone is fast asleep. Mannat pulls her down with a rope, while Shalini splashes fake blood to scare her further. Mallika hides in the temple, trembling, but Shalini ties a knot around her neck, making her struggle before letting go. Mallika faints in fear.

Mannat regrets failing to make her confess the truth. Vikrant arrives, forcing Mannat to hide. As he alerts the family, Mallika mutters in terror that Rajinder has returned to take revenge and kill her the way they killed him. When Gagan questions her, Mannat boldly declares that Mallika has just confessed—she killed Dada.
