During a hawan, the priest asks Aishwarya to bring coconuts. As Shalini distributes them, she signals Mannat. When Mallika places her coconut in the fire, it explodes, shocking everyone. Aditya questions Mannat, who explains it was a scientific trick and tells him to proceed with their plan. The priest calls it a bad omen, hinting at wrongdoing in the house.
A shaken Mallika is sent to wash her hands. In the bathroom, she sees the words “they killed him” written on the mirror and, terrified, screams for help. As everyone rushes to her, Aditya uses the chaos to erase the message. He informs Mannat, who vows to expose Aishwarya and Mallika’s truth regarding Rajinder’s death.
Later, Vikrant questions Mannat’s behavior, especially her insistence on bringing food to her father in jail. Mannat explains she is grieving but believes Mallika’s guilt is causing her fear. Eavesdropping, Aishwarya warns Mallika not to confess, chastising her for being cowardly. Mallika then pretends to be victimized by Mannat in front of Shruthi to gain sympathy.
Shalini suggests spiking the food to weaken Mallika, but Mannat refuses to harm anyone. Aishwarya confronts Mannat, accusing her of scaring Mallika, but Mannat gives a fitting reply. In retaliation, Aishwarya orchestrates a situation where Mannat is denied entry to the jail, making the DCP appear strict and leaving Mannat frustrated.
