Kamal tells Ananya she must succeed today at any cost, else she would be left with no other option. Kamal asks what if she is unable to do it. Ananya replies she will accept it as fate. Kamal inquires then? Ananya says Kamal can then take her to his sweet shop Panday Bhansal, she will get busy there. Kamal says he won’t bear the expense of changing the sign board. They laugh. Sunanda was curt watching this.
Ananya stops Ketki in the corridor and tries to speak to Ketki about Shiv. She convince Ketki to back up if she doesn’t love Shiv. Ketki says she is marrying Shiv because of his job and money. Ananya could have broken the marriage but she couldn’t convince Shiv herself. Ananya thinks she will now have to break this marriage.
Shiv receives the call from Dai Maa. Dai Maa asks why
Sunanda asks Kamal if he had the milk she brought to him last night. Kamal lies that yes he did, he receives a call and goes outside. Sunanda wonders why it didn’t affect him. Mishra ji comes from behind, calling Sunanda by name and dances around the hall with her. Sunanda slaps Mishra ji and wonders why he is being crazy behind her, if he drank the milk. She asks him if he drank the milk in her room last night. Rekha watches Mishra ji dancing around Sunanda and drooling over her. Rekha comes questioning Sunanda why she is getting close to her husband. Mishra ji pushes Rekha away, and claims Sunanda as his love. Rekha brings a wooden stick and beats Mishra ji. Ketki and Rahul try to stop them. Amma ji curses Sunanda. Sunanda says it seems Mishra ji has eaten something wrong and is behaving odd. Sunanda goes inside and brings a bottle of wine, blaming it as the reason. Amma ji smells his mouth and says there is no smell. Sunanda says its English, and has no smell. Amma ji sends Mishra ji with Rekha inside. Sunanda was relieved with her wine bottle when everyone had left.
Shiv comes in his room. He tries his dress while thinking about Ananya.
Sunanda stops Ananya and asks where she is going. Ananya says she is going to Shiv. Sunanda was upset that Ananya had proven her as a step-mother; else she must have agreed to forget Shiv. Ananya forbids Sunanda to say it again; she won’t ever let Sunanda or Papa’s head down. Even Papa is with her this time, there won’t be any problem. She goes upstairs. Sunanda was curt and says she will now teach her father a good lesson.
Shiv stood in front of the mirror, draped in his attire. Ananya knocks at the door. She says she came to get him ready. There has to be someone with the groom as well. She ties his turban, puts on the necklace and gets him ready for his wedding. Shiv moves uncomfortably. Ananya now demands him her Niak. Shiv pays her some money. She says ‘Thankyou’. Shiv asks what about her vows yesterday, she had claimed that he would only marry her and not Ketki. She seems quite happy today. Ananya replies why she must be upset when there is a wedding at home. Ananya says Shiv wasn’t interested in her, why she keeps on suffering. She asks him to come downstairs now, everyone is waiting for him. Shiv thinks it is better she moves on as soon as possible. Ananya sings, ‘Acha chalti hun duaon me yaad rakhna … Channa Merya… ’.
Ananya walks with Shiv as he goes downstairs. Kekti comes downstairs with Rekha. They sit for wedding rituals. The couple was asked to stand for Vermala. Sunanda happily claps for them. Kamal silently looks towards Ananya. Shiv thinks reading mind of this girl (Ananya) is impossible, he wonders what she is about to do. They were proceeded to wedding rituals. Kamal holds Ananya’s hand. Sunanda goes for Gathbandhan. The wedding rounds were completed. Shiv suspiciously eyes Ananya who still stood smiling. A lady comes inside with a child in her hands and shouts that this wedding can’t take place.
