The Episode starts with Radhika asking the staff’s men about their underwears and doing research. Chandu records it and Sam laughs seeing them. Bonnie is shocked knowing this and looks at Sam. Radhika says its her BPL today. Bonnie and Teejay look at each other. Radhika asks Teejay and Changu takes her. Teejay says Sam will never be in control, she got after Radhika, lets end her game. He calls Radhika and Bonnie stops him. She asks does she know the imp question, about the fabric. Dada ji calls Radhika. She says she is busy, its her first presentation, he is doing research for big company, Sam gave this duty, she is nice girl, yesterday it was misunderstanding.
She says she has to go now, and he wishes best of luck. He says come home soon, we have 9pm flight. Everyone laugh and see Radhika coming.
Radhika smiles. They all start laughing, and Radhika continues. The video plays showing her BPL research. They call her bold, brave and besharam/shameless. Radhika is shocked and cries. Sam says BPL means a kick of the bum, and laughs showing Birju, the peon. She asks her did she understand working in birdsong. Radhika leaves. Piyali comes there. Bonnie says right time has come. Radhika cries in loo. Sam gives her kajal. Radhika asks why is she doing this, she hates her.
Sam says she can’t hate her, as she is nobody for her. She says you got job by making me say sorry, can she stay here, this was just trailer, and movie is still there. She leaves. Piyali asks Sam about Radhika and calls her out. Radhika recalls Sam’s words and wipes her tears. She comes out. Piyali asks Radhika why is she crying. Radhika recalls the prank on her.
Bonnie asks Radhika to say as Piyali wants to know the truth. Neil comes there. Teejay says we all are with you. Radhika lies. Piyali asks her not to worry, she will fire the person who ragged her. She looks at Sam.
Radhika says she is not scared, she is from small city and does not learn big city work. Bonnie asks her to say. Piyali says enough Bonnie, I think its over, everyone get back to work. Piyali tells Sam that she did not hear truth, it does not mean she did not know it, she is watching her. Sam smiles and says atleast by this excuse. Piyali asks her to take Radhika along, she is working under her. She leaves.
Radhika stops Sam. Sam says don’t show me this sweetness, I know your truth. Radhika says you don’t know my truth, the path to become butterfly is tough, and there is no way back. She says she will take time to understand this. She says she promised her Dada ji, that she will show flying high like butterfly, and she can try to stop her, she don’t have any option than moving ahead. Everyone look on. Radhika asks her to show her place now.
Neil says I will show you, come. He takes Radhika. Arjun calls Sam. She smiles and takes his call. She sees she missed the call. Neil says you have good attitude, you are from small city, don’t see yourself by their eyes, see by your eyes. He smiles and says no one gives place, you have to make your own place. He shows her desk and asks is it not good. Radhika smiles. She says she will make her own place.
Sam waits for Arjun’s call. She calls him and he ends her call. His uncle asks him is he sure to go inside birdsong, he can’t come back. Arjun says he is not going to leave the place. Arjun looks at birdsong.
Precap:
Changu and Mangu make Radhika busy in work. She gets late to go home, and tells Dilip to wait for her, he can’t leave without meeting her. Arjun meets Sam.
