Chapter -17
Neil was not in a mood to leave Arjun for a second also…he had to discuss about project with him plus he wanted his brotherhood only for him…he smiled cunningly as he saw Rajiv was coming to them…sam was irritated with him for this weird behaviours of him…she already asked Neil for an outing only he n she…but he ignored…so she was angry ?…to Neil’s surprise Rajiv went to saurav and looked at him making his puppy face…saurav smiled a little and took him to his embrace…
Saurav: M sorry my little bro…i can’t give u time here being busy…
Rajiv: Its k my brother com father…i understand…but now m here for another thing…first promise me then only I’ll tell u…
Saurav: What’s up??k…i promise
Rajiv: I want u take priya di for a romantic date…and that should be a surprise to her…
Saurav’s eyes widen hearing his condition but he agreed coz he never said no to raj n radz…
Arjun was happy listening this…he thought di u were right…raj is a good boy and possessed each n every quality to become our little cute brother…priya came there n asked Arjun to come with her for some important talk…Neil was now sitting alone looking everyone busy with their respective siblings…radhika continued her banters with Ankush,Arjun went with priya,saurav pampered Rajiv n Sam was busy talking with manya on phone…for the first time he felt alone…he always yearned a sibling relationship n wanted to fight for,care for his sibling…but fate played some game with him…after getting Arjun he get a brother like figure but more than a bro they were buddies…
Priya took Arjun some quite place and asked him how much serious he was for radhika…Arjun just looked at her…
Priya: Arjun now time for being serious…if u loved her u should let her know straight…
Arjun: I aslo wanted the same…but m afraid if I’ll get a straight no…i can’t tolerate that…
Priya: How can u thought that u will get a denial…have u ever tried to read her eye…and most importantly yesterday incident gave me hope…
Arjun: Yesterday incident was just out of fear!! But di once I asked her about love but she had no idea about it…I don’t want to push her…
Priya: It looked like u both needed a push…can u tell me one thing how u came to know that u love her…
Arjun:when I saw her first I was impressed by her simplicity with brain, After Lonavla accident I thought I might have some feelings developed toward her but confirmed it when saral came into picture…
Priya:exactly like u confirmed, now I want u to follow the same old formulae to make her realize…i know she is stubborn …but if u make her jealous may b she will confess…
Arjun shocked: Di I know how u care for me…but I m not such kind of person who uses such tricks to get his lady love…moreover I want her to feel for me like I do…i have confidence on me …
By saying that Arjun went away…priya thought to herself I have to do something for u my brother…arjun was comparing priya with nandini…he thought How stupid I was…my sister want me to get my love asap…but nandini wanted to take my love away…thank god I got my di back coz of radhika…radhika gave me so much…no body can replace her position in my life…he gave a satisfied smile..Neil came to Sam with a sad face…though Sam was angry she asked the reason for his sadness…he told that he missed his siblings relationship…sam saw his eyes were full of tears…she hugged him n said idiot don’t worry…u have many peoples with u n I can’t see my charming prince in such a devdas mood…plz smile…he smiled fadely…
Priya gathered all and announced something which gave a hit to everyone…she said by the time her engagement will happen she wanted ardhika,nesam,Ankush -Rajiv to do some act on that day…she prepared the script by herself and gave them…a romantic story to ardhika,friendship com love story to nesam n a funny one to Ankush-Rajiv…they looked at each other but went for rehearsal…
Ardhika had a story about how a rich handsome arrogant guy lost his heart to a small town middle class girl…Arjun knew why priya gave that to him…n nesam had a story of how chuddy buddy get realized their love …Ankush-Rajiv had some funny moments with brotherhood…but every script was simple yet heart touching…they didn’t want to create problems in home so all decided to go to Shivpuri hall…they booked it for one-day…all went for rehearsal…Once inside hall,they parted with their respective partners to their allocated room divided by curtains…after their act they had to dance…ardhika had song sanam re in which they portrayed all things n Jane tu mera kya hai for nesam…Rajiv Ankush had mixed funny songs
radhika stood in middle Arjun first started his dance spinning around her…she was too impressed seeing him that she didn’t notice Arjun took her to him…he placed her hands around his neck…n put his hands on her waist…n told her to place her foot on him…n started moving with beat…
with the line ” tere karib Jo hone laga hun toh tute saari bharam re,sanam re” (( when i came near to u all of my illusions / hallucinations broken,oh my love))
Arjun placed his forehead on radhika’s n deeply looked into her eyes…an intense eye lock was there…after they both matched their footwork …
at the end of song line” tere sanga hi bitaani hai mujhko mere saare janama re,sanam re” (( i want to spend all my births with u n u only,oh my love))
Arjun twisted her now he back hugged her placing his chin on her neck n finally he knees down n placed radhika on one of his upper thigh n hold her waist by one hand… caressing her cheek with other hand with their foreheads joint n eyes closed…radhika was so immersed with his act that she couldn’t figure out if this was a act or not…moreover she felt like he poured his heart out …she was so deeply into Arjun’s thought…same with Arjun n he thought I have my ways to make u realize how much I love u…
He took her out of the hall went forward a small temple nearby…radhika was so much into him that he followed him without moving her gaze on him…he took her inside temple n moved close to her…he placed her one hand on his chest n said don’t u feel it…only u r here,no-one can ever replaced ur position from my heart…I loved u n only love u till my last breath…i want to walk together with u till end of each n every birth,I want we share our strength,happiness,sorrow with each other,day by day only my love n respect increased toward u…they didn’t know when Arjun said all this they took 7 pheres around the sacred fire which was there to worship the deity…it was almost at its last stage so they didn’t notice this…radhika was stunned listening all that…their eyes were full of tears…their trance was broken by sudden shouting of Neil…neil said enough of drama my bro…com m hungry…arjun abruptly parted radhika’s hand from his chest n went away with Neil…his script fell down which he didn’t notice…radhika didn’t know why it was hurt her when Neil told that it was drama…she picked up his script n started reading that…she was shocked seeing last page coz the temple drama was not there…happy tears oozed out from her eyes although she was not fully sure about her feelings…but she was happy…she came out n looked arjun’s back till he was out of her sight n smiled…they didn’t notice two pairs of eyes seeing them from distance…one with full anger n irritation and another with both happiness n little bit of sorrow….
By that time Arjun Nesam returned they couldn’t find radhika…Ankush n Rajiv had no idea about it…sam was so tensed remembering saral…she ran into backside of temple,kinda bushy area there after few metres…Arjun n Neil behind her…after some distance they saw saral with three people tried to scare radhika…radhika was stood there silently just looking at him calmly…the more calm radhika the more saral become furious…Arjun n nesam anger at its peak…neil said I won’t leave that scoundrel today,Sam took some stick from there…but they both were shocked seeing Arjun’s silence although he was angry…Arjun told them to wait for some seconds…nesam was like this guy was gone mad…he said what I witnessed u didn’t see it,so calm down ur nerves n stay here…before completion of his sentence one guy fell down in front of them…radhika punched saral face so hard that blood oozed out…she kicked down other two by her legs…she held saral’s collar n told don’t ever dare to touch me n scare me and gave him another punch n said that was for my friends whom u badmouthed yesterday…she pushed him so hard that he fell on the ground n then give him most awaited kick to his manhood…he was fainted,others ran away afraidly…nesam was stood there stunned by opening their mouths…Arjun felt proud of his girl….she came n closed their mouth n winked at Arjun n smiled…now Arjun mouth hung opened…she placed her hand on Arjun n they came back home by holding each other’s hand…
Nesam asked her questions after questions she gave them answers…Neil said to Sam u should learn everything from chasini…if that fighting would continue for another 5 min definitely before saral I would faint…when they reached home they saw saral’s parents were begging in front of saurav…he said if u begged more I will give ur son a hung up order instead of life time prison…they said he didn’t do such horrible mistake to get such huge punishment n there was no evidence…he said this is India n evidences can b arranged…now they are in panic…radhika run to saurav…he said r u ok n hugged her affectionately…mala told radhika to stop saurav..n he calmed down by radhika’s interference…he threatened if I’ ll see him again near radz or if u torture ridhima then I’ll make sure ur whole family to b executed…
The next day they came back Mumbai…when priya n all tried to get back hotel Arjun stopped them n said di come with me to ur home…he took everyone with him…they took rest that day…in afternoon radhika went to buy some stuffs alone as Rajiv wanted to meet prerana n others were in deep slumber…radhika went to supermarket ,when she was at counter for payment somebody touched her shoulder…she turned back saw the doctor who treated Rajiv…
doctor: miss if everything fine with that guy…by this time m sure u did the transplantation…
Radhika was confused : Transplant,but u gave the report that he had normal stress n tired..
Doctor: What?? I mentioned that he needs a stem cell therapy for him…as this is primitive stage he’ll b cured…just a matched bone marrow needed…
Radhika panicked: Plz tell me what happened to him??
Doctor: Chronic leukaemia…mild stage
Radhika was shocked to core…she had tears in her eyes…she remembered each n everything why raj tried to stay away from them at night,the time he fainted,the heavy sweating sometime without any reason…she came out of mall without any belongings…she was trembling…
Rajiv went to prerna n put his hands on her…she smiled n said so u all r back…he said yes as I missed u so came here…prerana didn’t know the reason but she felt happy with Rajiv…prerana was cleaning messes n wiped dusts from photos…Rajiv helped him…at last a big photo frame was there with full of dust …young stage of prerana with her husband n children…Rajiv wiped that photo n get shocked…he asked about the person in photo…prerana said my husband n children…he stood up like some fire entered him…n rushed out from there…radhika just entered Neil’s home after 1 min Rajiv’s left n hurriedly asked about Rajiv…prerana told his weird behaviour n said that he went out…radhika looked the photo n said Neeraj Malhotra but aunty what’s ur connection with him??prerana was shocked cos she never told anyone his husband’s name…she told he is my hubby n asked how did radz know him??? She said he is father of Rajiv…prerana shocked to the core…neil who listened everything became a statue at doorstep…so he has his little brother alive whom they thought dead…past danced in front of his eyes…..
