Mangal proceeds with Kapil, who has arranged a staged scenario to simulate the accident. When actors attack their car, Sudesh is visibly shaken and reacts strongly, recalling the trauma. Sowmya secretly calls the police to escalate the situation.
Back home, Adit hears from the police and rushes to the scene, stopping the staged act and confronting Mangal. In the chaos, he pushes Mangal, who falls and gets hurt. The police reprimand them for not seeking permission, and Kapil takes responsibility. Despite her injury, Mangal refuses medical attention, worried only for Sudesh.
At home, Mangal faces harsh criticism from Kusum and Adit, who deny knowing about the plan. Mangal insists she informed Kusum, but Kusum denies it, accusing her of risking Sudesh’s life. Adit lashes out, claiming Mangal has no right over his father. Kapil defends her, but Adit refuses to listen. Later, Kapil confronts Adit for ignoring Mangal’s pain, but Mangal stops the argument. Sowmya, watching everything, questions Kapil’s concern for Mangal and then shockingly declares that she alone will care for Sudesh from now on, leaving Mangal stunned.
