After completing a pooja, Kapil and Mangal leave together, catching Monisha’s envious eye as she vows to create a new plan to separate them. At the office, Mangal begins interviews for a Sales Head position, only to be surprised when Monisha appears as a candidate. Claiming coincidence, Monisha shares a sob story about an abusive ex, moving Sunitha and another worker to request her hiring. Though suspicious, Mangal decides she is qualified and offers her the job. Once alone, Monisha smirks, revealing her hidden motives.
Kapil walks in, shocked to find Monisha, and angrily warns her to stay out of his life. Mangal interrupts, announcing Monisha’s selection, leaving Kapil stunned. Meanwhile, Adit notices Kapil’s discomfort, suspects a hidden past, and vows to expose him before the wedding—going so far as to burn the wedding card.
When Mangal insists Monisha take the position despite Kapil’s objections, he nearly reveals the truth but stops after recalling his mother’s warning that Mangal wouldn’t believe him. Outwardly agreeing, Kapil leaves, while Monisha silently declares her intention to destroy his marriage and ensure he never weds anyone else.
