Adit comes face-to-face with Mangal and apologizes for his behavior at the previous day’s function. Watching from a distance, Sowmya becomes upset, frustrated that all her efforts to create a rift between Adit and Mangal might be undone by a single apology. Determined to intervene, she walks away with a new plan in mind.
Meanwhile, Kusum tells Mangal that after Adit’s actions, she wouldn’t blame her if she decided to leave the house—and assures her she won’t stop her. Sudesh overhears their conversation and calls out to Mangal, but in the process, falls from his wheelchair. Adit and Mangal rush to help him.
It’s soon revealed that it was Sowmya who had deliberately brought Sudesh out of his room. Mangal and Adit lift him onto the bed and try to revive him. Seizing the moment,
Mangal, staying composed, tells Adit that the doctor had shown her how to handle such situations. She administers an injection, and Sudesh regains consciousness. Kusum tries to brush off the earlier discussion, saying it was just a casual chat.
Sudesh notices an engagement ring on Mangal’s finger. Mangal, realizing he has understood, gently says, “Baba, I was going to tell you everything—I just didn’t know how.” Sudesh places his hand on her head, blessing her, and says, “I know you and Adit are not happy in this marriage. You’re stepping into a new life, and my blessings are with you.” Everyone is stunned, and Mangal is overcome with emotion.
Later, Mangal brings her luggage to the living room and asks Kusum for forgiveness if she has hurt her. She bends down to take her blessings, and Kusum blesses her, saying she should always remain happy. Mangal gets teary-eyed. Kusum acknowledges that Sudesh’s recovery was thanks to Mangal and reflects on her earlier behavior. She admits that although she called herself Mangal’s mother, she never truly embraced that role—until now. She expresses her desire to do Mangal’s vidaai from this house and asks her to stay until then so she can also spend time with the children. Mangal agrees, sharing that her own mother wishes the same.
Kusum then calls Shanti and informs her that Mangal came to collect her belongings. She confesses that while she never truly accepted Mangal as a daughter before, she now wants to give her a proper farewell as one. Shanti replies that Mangal’s vidaai already happened from that house six months ago, so how could she send her back? Kusum pleads for one last chance. Shanti agrees, and Kusum thanks her for the opportunity. She informs Mangal that Shanti has consented and asks if she will stay. Mangal agrees. Kapil, standing nearby, tells her, “Your decision is my decision.”
Just then, Sowmya storms into the hall and informs Adit that Ishana is missing from her room, leaving everyone in shock.
Precap: Kapil decides to end his relationship with Mangal and returns the engagement ring to her. Watching this unfold, Ishana feels a surge of happiness.
