Sudesh faints on the spot. Kusum worries for Sudesh. Mangal goes out of the house looking for an auto. Mangal doesn’t find any taxi or cab. Mangal decides to take Sudesh on a four wheel cart.
Mangal and Kusum put Sudesh on the four wheel cart and push the four wheel cart. Mangal and Kusum try to stop an auto but no auto stops for them. It suddenly starts raining. Mangal puts a plastic cloth over Sudesh. Kusum asks Mangal where is Adit. Mangal says Adit isn’t attending her call and she asks Kusum to try from her phone. Kusum calls Adit but he doesn’t attend the call.
Adit barges into Sowmya’s house. Sowmya threatens Adit that she will slit her wrist as he threw her out of the house. Adit asks Sowmya not to do anything like that.
Lakshmi comes to Akshat and Ishana. Ishana and Akshat open the door for Lakshmi. Lakshmi takes them into the room and calms them down.
Mangal and Kusum admit Sudesh in the hospital. The doctor checks Sudesh and says to Mangal that Sudesh got a heart attack and the doctor takes Sudesh into the ICU.
Sowmya says to Adit that she lost to Mangal and comments on it. Sowmya says to Adit that she is tired always being compared with Mangal and comments on it. Adit takes the knife and throws the knife away. Adit talks to Sowmya. Sowmya says to Adit that she tried to kill herself but she didn’t have the guts to do it.
Kusum asks Mangal where is Adit as he is not even picking up the calls and he is not with them when they need him the most. Kusum calls Adit through Mangal’s phone.
Sowmya says to Adit about Mangal coming in between them and comments on it. Sowmya asks Adit not to think of Mangal as stupid and comments on it. Adit also comments on Mangal as she made him apologise to Kusum. Sowmya sees a call coming from Mangal’s phone. Adit tries to attend the call. Sowmya comments on Adit and threatens to slit her wrist if she attends the call. Adit seeing this throws his phone away. Kusum says to Mangal that Adit’s phone is switched off.
The doctor says to Mangal and Kusum that they need put a stent in his heart and asks they ask Kusum and Mangal to sign the consent form and pay the money of Rs 1 lakh. Mangal calms down Kusum and says she will go and get the money from the house. Mangal thinks Adit should be here.
Sowmya talks to Adit and says to Adit that he needs to make a choice it is either Mangal or her.
