Adit unknowingly boards a cab with failed brakes, not realizing it was the one Mangal had booked. As the driver panics, Adit scolds him for using a repaired vehicle. Meanwhile, Mangal is horrified to see her husband inside the out-of-control car. She desperately tries to help him escape, but a lorry approaches fast. The cab driver jumps out, leaving Adit to steer the car—only to meet with a terrible accident.
Elsewhere, Sowmya prays, believing her troubles are about to end, while Kusum senses something bad is happening. Mangal watches in shock as Adit’s car explodes. Rushing to him, she finds him badly injured and uses her saree to stop the bleeding. Meanwhile, Sowmya reads the news and assumes Mangal is gone from her life forever.
Mangal rushes Adit to the hospital, only to be ignored as the staff prioritizes a famous cricketer. Frustrated, she lashes out at the receptionist for neglecting ordinary people. The receptionist warns her to stay quiet, fearing bad press. The doctor finally intervenes, but Adit overhears the struggle. Mangal reassures Adit, promising to stay by his side. The doctor informs her that Adit has a severe leg injury requiring surgery. She arranges part of the payment and rushes home for the rest. Meanwhile, Kusum anxiously waits for them. When Mangal arrives in a distressed state, the family realizes something terrible has happened. They rush to the hospital, while Sowmya misinterprets their reaction, assuming they heard of Mangal’s accident.
In court, the judge is about to rule on Karthik’s case without evidence. Lakshmi and Raghveer arrive just in time, shocking Jia and Prema, who thought they had eliminated them. Lakshmi presents evidence proving Karthik’s innocence, revealing that she hid a memory card in a Saraswati idol. The judge plays it, exposing Jia’s confession.
Taking the witness stand, Lakshmi speaks on behalf of innocent men falsely accused. She pleads for justice, arguing that truth must prevail over blind support. The judge declares Karthik innocent and orders Jia and Prema’s arrest. Overjoyed, Karthik embraces Lakshmi, while Jia glares at them, defeated.
