Kusum says how dare you send my son to jail. Soumya says what are you saying? She says I will drag you to the police. You called from Lakshmi’s phone. Dont lie to me anymore. You did this to create problems between Magnal adn Adit. He chose his wife over you. And you’re doing all this to win him. Stop these disgusting things. Soumya says why would I do it? Lakshmi did it. Kusum says you did it. I have proof. Soumya says get out of here. She shoves Kusum. Kusum falls. Mangal holds her. She says how dare you?
Scene 2
Karthik says to Lakshmi I told you to stay with maa. Why don’t you ever listen to me? She says I was. Karthik leaves.
Mangal says how dare you hit my mom. Do you have any shame? You’ve insulted my sister’s husband adn mother. She says amma why did you hide the truth from me? She saw Kusum going towards Soumya’s house. Mangal says how can you do this? Lakshmi and Adit suffered so much because of you. Adit trusted you as a friend. How could you do this? Soumya says you’re accusing me without proof. Kusum says we have a proof. Mangal says Adit always helped you and you did this to him? He suffered so much. Soumya says I didn’t do anything. Get out of here both of you. Mangal says first apologize to amma. Touch her feet. She’s Adit’s mother. I can send you to jail for all this. Kusum says yes send her to jail. Soumya says yeah truth would come out. I’d also tell everyone the truth. Magnal says what do you mean? Kusum says let’s go. I don’t want anything to do with her. I don’t need her pardon. Mangal asks Kusum why did you go there alone? And what truth was she talking about? Kusum says she’s a bad person. We don’t need to get into her dirt. We shouldn’t act like her. Kusum goes to the temple.

Karthik cancels his concert. Gayatri says why are you doing that?. He says it’s Lakshmi’s birthday tomorrow. I want to go to a dinner with her. She says that is very unprofessional. How can you do that? You were mad at her and now you will leave her concert? he says it’s important. She got a bit careless that doesn’t mean I’d not celebrate her birthday. She is very nice. Gayatri says you can celebrate it later. Wouldn’t she understand? You can’t ruin your career like this. He leaves in anger. Karthik says it’s one day in a year.
Magnal tells Lakshmi everthing. She says why didn’t you tell me? Lakshmi says I came to tell you. But you weren’t home. Magnal says Adit trusted her so much. I don’t know why she did all this?? Lakshmi says we should tell the police. Magnal says I threatened her. I don’t wanna drag Adit anymore. I will tell Adit what kind of person she is. Mangal says I am glad you found out the truth. Lakshmi says there is some other reason behind what Soumya is doing.
Someone puts their hands on Mangal’s eyes. She gets scared. Karthik says it’s me. Karthik tells her he wants to plan something special for Lakshmi. he says let’s do a surprise for her. Karthik says don’t tell her anything. Karthik prepares the gifts for her. Ishana says we’re all preparing for Lakshmi’s birthday. Adit doesn’t like it. He recalls how she questioned him and got him arrested. He says wow amazing Mangal. She sent me to jail and you’re celebrating her birthday? Did you forget what she did? You must be very happy. She says lakshmi.. he says I will break all relationships with her. She says you should break it with Soumya. She did all this.
