The footage sparks outrage, with Sowmya accusing Mangal of using Adit to gain sympathy. Mangal defends herself, but Sowmya refuses to believe her and takes Adit away. Despite the backlash, Mangal remains determined and heads to the studio the next day, where the crew praises her impact on the audience.
During the live broadcast, Mangal boldly confronts the judges, accusing them of exploiting her personal life for TRP. She demands answers, refusing to let them portray her as a helpless woman. When they justify their actions, she declares her departure from the competition, walking off the stage with dignity.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi discovers who attempted to kill her and plans to expose the truth to Karthik. Jia, overhearing this, schemes to destroy the evidence. She drugs Lakshmi, but Lakshmi, anticipating her move, fakes unconsciousness and catches Jia in the act. Confronting her, Lakshmi warns that Karthik will soon remember the past and expose Jia. Furious, Jia vows to reclaim Karthik, but Lakshmi stands firm, declaring that Jia’s time is running out.
Later, Lakshmi attempts to show Karthik a newspaper article proving Jia’s deception, but Jia, realizing the danger, resolves to prevent him from seeing it at any cost.
