Mangal is shattered after learning that Neel is actually her biological son, while Ishana is Sunita’s daughter. Meanwhile, unaware of this truth, Neel confronts Adit, demanding payment for repairing his bicycle. Adit sternly warns Neel to stay away from his children or he will file a police complaint. After giving his warning, Adit drives away, leaving Neel fuming.
Elsewhere, Mangal wanders aimlessly along the highway, lost in thought and overwhelmed by the revelation. Just as she is about to step into danger, Adit rushes to save her. Concerned, he asks why she is walking carelessly on the road. Through tears, Mangal tells him that Sunita confessed Ishana isn’t their biological daughter and recounts everything that happened at the hospital. Adit, shocked and irritated, dismisses her claims as nonsense and asks her not to cry over what he calls a lie. He urges her to calm down, saying they will discuss it once they get home.
When the couple returns home, Shanti immediately questions Mangal about her delay. Mangal remains silent, still shaken. Ishana, noticing her mother’s distress, tries to cheer her up by saying she has cooked parathas and finished all the household chores. Shanti proudly praises Ishana for becoming just like her mother and learning everything from her. Overwhelmed with emotion, Mangal hugs Ishana tightly, calling her “my daughter” through tears. Ishana looks confused and asks if Mangal is alright. Determined to end Mangal’s confusion, Adit decides to verify the truth himself.
Adit visits the hospital where Mangal gave birth 16 years ago and demands access to her delivery records. The hospital staff refuse, saying such old records can only be viewed with official permission. Frustrated, Adit turns to leave, but Pushpa stops him. She reveals she knows where the old records are kept and leads him to the storage room. She also admits that she was the one who told Mangal the truth. Furious, Adit accuses her of confusing and upsetting Mangal.
Back home, Mangal tends to Ishana after she accidentally cuts her hand while cooking. Gently dressing the wound, Mangal lovingly feeds Ishana and declares that she will never let her daughter leave her side. Ishana asks about Adit’s whereabouts, but Mangal says she doesn’t know where he is.
In the hospital records room, Adit anxiously searches through the 2009 files. After flipping through several documents, he finally finds the file from November — Mangal’s delivery report — and is left completely stunned by what he reads.
Meanwhile, Mangal calls the city hospital to ask if Adit came there. The information she receives leaves her speechless and deeply shaken. At the same time, Neel meets the doctor treating his mother, Sunita, who is still in a coma. The doctor warns him that if he cannot pay the pending bills by tomorrow, Sunita will be shifted to the general ward. Helpless, Neel says he has no money and leaves. A nurse notices his injured hand and offers to dress it, but he refuses.
Moments later, Mangal arrives at the hospital in search of Adit. Seeing Neel’s wound, her maternal instincts take over — she insists on cleaning and bandaging it herself, advising him not to remove it or get it wet. Neel thanks her softly for her kindness. Just then, Adit enters the hospital corridor, holding a file in his hand, and calls out Mangal’s name — his face pale with the truth he has just uncovered.
Precap: Mangal and Adit are devastated when the truth finally comes to light — Ishana is not their biological daughter, and Neel is, in fact, their real son.

The producer and the writer seems completely lost and have taken the audience to a jungle.
They need to stop this bullshit, end the serial and come up with a new one, if possible.
