Mangal starts coughing uncontrollably due to the smoke from the Sambrani, feeling suffocated until she collapses. Adit, passing by, rushes to help, realizing she’s having an asthma attack. He quickly fetches her inhaler, assists her, and opens the windows for fresh air.
Meanwhile, Kapil grows concerned when Mangal doesn’t return. Pratima mentions she went to light Sambrani, while Sowmya suspects she’s struggling to breathe. Kapil searches for her, only to witness Adit helping Mangal drink water—breaking her fast in front of the guests. The onlookers gossip, claiming Mangal kept the fast for Adit, not Kapil. Embarrassed, Pratima ushers the guests out, while Adit decides to leave with Kusum.
Mangal, still unwell, retreats to the washroom to recover. Pratima confronts Adit, accusing him of intentionally breaking Mangal’s fast and disrespecting Kapil. Adit defends his actions as emergency aid, but Pratima lashes out, calling him ungrateful. Kusum intervenes, but Pratima silences her, blaming her for Adit’s behavior. Frustrated, Adit storms off, regretting his presence.
Shanti scolds Mangal for letting Adit break her fast, revealing Kapil had also fasted for her. Devastated, Mangal apologizes to Pratima, who coldly tells her to seek Kapil’s forgiveness instead.
Meanwhile, Sowmya stages a dramatic outburst, pretending to set Adit’s car on fire to assert her place as his wife. Adit stops her, but she breaks down, accusing him of still loving Mangal. Kusum intervenes, but Sowmya warns her to control Adit—or else.
Kapil remains silent, while Pratima berates Mangal for hurting him. Shanti and Lipika side with Kapil, leaving Mangal guilt-ridden over the chaos.
The episode ends.

Please, please stop trying to whitewash this evil Adit. What are they trying to do here…..please this horrible abusive bastard of a man does not deserve Mangal and they need to stop doing this rubbish. This is the same man that abused his wife everyday, treated her like dirt, insulted her everyday, cheated on her and married another woman and brought her into his marital home and now we are meant to accept this crap of him and Mangal as meant to be…. Absolute rubbish.
Kapil is the best man for Mangal and she better realise that he loves her and will love and respect her. She should fall in love and marry him. Not going back to garbage.
But this is what they always do….give the narrative that staying with an abuser all in the name of meant to be is the way. And that is rubbish.
After all, this is what they are doing for all the serials. How pathetic.
They are even trying to make Kapil’s mum look bad now just to whitewash that evil Kusum (Adit’s mum) after all the nonsense she did with Mangal.
If they do it and make Mangal go back to Adit, this show is done….what a load of crap!!! Nonsense. OK, rant over! For now!
