Mangal Lakshmi 29th October 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Mangal senses someone spying on her house and immediately calls out, asking who it is. The shadowy figure quickly flees before she can catch a glimpse. Shanti comes outside, concerned, and Mangal explains what just happened. Shanti suggests, “Maybe it was Neel. He’s been following us for days. You should’ve listened to Adit and filed a police complaint.” Saying this, Shanti heads back inside.
Moments later, Mangal finds a small chit lying near the gate. It reads: “Meet me near the temple at 8 PM.” She assumes it must be from Neel and decides to confront him once and for all. Telling Shanti she’s heading out to buy vegetables, Mangal secretly leaves for the temple.
Meanwhile, Adit spends time with the kids outside. Kusum video calls him, reminding him to inform the children
At the temple, Mangal spots someone sitting with a rug draped over them. Thinking it’s Neel, she walks up and turns the person around—only to be stunned to see Neel’s mother, Sunita. Mangal’s expression hardens. “Why are you spying on my house? You and your son have already caused enough trouble! What do you want now?” she demands.
Falling at Mangal’s feet, Sunita pleads tearfully, “Please, I’m not your enemy. I came to tell you the truth.”
Mangal, confused, asks, “What truth? I don’t even know you.”
Sunita hesitates, then says, “Sixteen years ago, you gave birth to a child. Everyone told you it was a girl, Ishana… but in reality, you gave birth to a boy.”
Mangal steps back, stunned. “That’s impossible. I have a daughter!” she insists.
Sunita shakes her head. “No, Ishana isn’t your daughter. Your son’s name is—” Before she can finish, a speeding car suddenly hits Sunita, throwing her to the ground.
Panicked, Mangal rushes to her side, shouting, “Sunita! Please open your eyes!” But Sunita lies unconscious and bleeding. Without wasting a second, Mangal gets her rushed to the hospital.
As the doctors take Sunita into the operating theatre, Mangal anxiously waits outside, replaying Sunita’s shocking words in her head. Ishana calls her just then, but Mangal is too shaken to respond properly.
After some time, the doctor comes out and tells her grimly, “Sunita has slipped into a coma. If you know any of her relatives, please inform them.” Mangal stands frozen in worry and disbelief.
A lady doctor nearby recognizes her and approaches. “You’re Mangal, right? We discussed your delivery case a couple of days ago. You had a complicated birth—how’s your baby boy doing now?”
Mangal frowns in confusion. “Boy? I gave birth to a girl,” she replies.
The doctor looks puzzled. “That’s strange. I clearly remember it being a boy.” The nurse reminds her of another similar case from that day, and the doctor quickly apologizes, saying she must have mixed up the files before leaving. But Mangal is left more bewildered than ever, the doctor’s words echoing in her mind.
Later, on her way back home, Mangal rides her cycle through a muddy path. Nearby, Neel races past on his bicycle, splashing mud on Ishana. Ishana scolds him angrily, but Neel brushes her off and rides away. Adit, witnessing the scene, identifies the boy as Neel and decides to confront him for his behavior.
Back at the hospital, Mangal notices a familiar worker sitting beside the unconscious Sunita—the same maid who had once come to her house and acted nervously. Mangal approaches her and firmly asks, “Tell me the truth. What happened sixteen years ago?”
Meanwhile, Adit catches up with Neel, forcing him to fall off his bike. “Stop troubling my kids and others,” he warns sternly. Neel snaps back, “Don’t lecture me! I’m not your son. Who’s going to pay for my cycle repairs?”
At the hospital, the frightened worker finally confesses, “Sixteen years ago, I was a maid in the hospital. Sunita came to me with her newborn daughter. Her family didn’t want a girl—they would’ve killed the baby if they found out. She begged me to help her. At that time, you had just given birth to a boy. When you were unconscious after delivery, Sunita secretly swapped the babies.”
Mangal’s face goes pale as the worker continues, “The boy you gave birth to is Neel. And the girl, Ishana, is Sunita’s daughter.”
The revelation hits Mangal like a thunderbolt—her entire world shatters as she realizes that Ishana isn’t her biological daughter… and Neel, the boy who’s been tormenting her, is actually her own son.
Precap: Adit shows Mangal her old hospital file containing the original delivery report. As Mangal reads it, her hands tremble—the report clearly mentions that she gave birth to a baby boy. Both Adit and Mangal exchange stunned glances, the truth finally sinking in. The reality hits them hard—Neel is their biological son.
