Sowmya jokingly tells Adit that sleeping on ice might help him feel better, referencing how he once used ice to treat Mangal’s burn. Adit, unimpressed, asks if she’s joking, and Sowmya replies that she was just trying to cool him down. Adit urges her to stop viewing everything negatively.
Sowmya insists that Mangal is manipulating both him and Kapil, but Adit defends Mangal, explaining that she and Kapil are just friends and asking Sowmya to stop misinterpreting their relationship. Sowmya argues that Mangal, like anyone, has needs and that since Adit left her, it’s only natural she’d seek support elsewhere. She claims Mangal would be foolish to reject a wealthy man like Kapil, but Adit firmly states that Mangal has self-respect and would never do what Sowmya imagines. Sowmya is left stunned by his unwavering faith in Mangal.
Meanwhile, Mangal tries to cheer up Akshat, who’s upset about having his tablet taken away. When Adit comes outside with bedding, Akshat invites both Adit and Mangal to sleep in his room. Despite initial reluctance, they agree and all sleep together.
Later, Sowmya searches for Adit to apologize, but when she checks Akshat’s room, she’s shocked to find Adit and Mangal sleeping together with Akshat. Frustrated, Sowmya scolds herself for trying to separate them and vows never to let Adit return to Mangal.
The next morning, Mangal juggles a work call while managing Akshat’s screen time. Sowmya mocks her parenting, but Mangal defends her approach, saying that being a mother is challenging—something Sowmya wouldn’t understand. Kusum enters, and Mangal offers her an oil massage, which Kusum declines. Kusum reminds Sowmya of her promise to take her to the temple, and Sowmya reluctantly agrees.
At the temple, Pratima asks the priest to match Mangal and Kapil’s horoscopes. When a gust of wind blows Mangal’s horoscope paper near Sowmya, she picks it up and reads it curiously before returning it to Pratima, who mentions it’s her future daughter-in-law’s kundali. Kusum expresses interest in meeting the girl, but is ushered inside for aarti before learning more, leaving Sowmya suspicious about the woman’s identity and Kusum’s connection to her.
The priest declares the horoscope match excellent, predicting prosperity for the household if the girl marries in. Pratima is delighted and receives a call from Kapil, inviting her to Adit’s house.
Back home, Sowmya and Kusum return. Mangal offers Kusum breakfast, but Kusum ignores her. Kapil arrives, excitedly spins Mangal around, and announces that their venture, Pehla Swad, has won the “Startup of the Year” award, crediting Mangal for the achievement. The family looks on as Mangal celebrates her well-deserved success.
