Adit answers Sowmya’s video call. Sowmya sweetly asks if he reached safely, and Adit assures her he did. Meanwhile, at home, Shanti grumbles to Mangal that Adit’s presence always brings bad luck and she doesn’t like him visiting their house. Mangal calmly replies that Adit is the father of her children, and since the kids are happy seeing him, Shanti should let go of her grudges. Just then, Ishana and Akshat arrive and thank Mangal for the beautiful gifts and shagun she gave them. Mangal smiles, saying there’s no need for thanks as it’s her responsibility. The family happily takes photos together before Mangal asks the kids to stay with the nanny while she goes to give some gifts to the watchman.
Sowmya continues chatting with Adit, asking if the kids liked his gifts. Adit grows anxious, worried about what might happen if Mangal and the children discover Sowmya’s pregnancy. At that moment, Mangal returns and asks Adit if he has spoken to his parents. She expresses her wish to take their blessings and asks him to connect the call. Adit hesitates as Sowmya quietly hands the phone to Kusum before leaving. Adit tells Kusum that Mangal wants to talk, but Kusum refuses. Mangal politely greets Kusum instead, wishing her and her husband a happy Diwali and mentioning how much the children enjoyed her laddoos before ending the call. Kusum then wishes Adit a happy Diwali and reminds him that he should tell the kids about Sowmya’s pregnancy before they find out from someone else. Adit nods but insists he won’t say anything today, wanting to keep the Diwali celebration peaceful. Kusum agrees and disconnects the call.
Later, at the dhaba, Mangal returns after shopping and searches for the key. Neel quietly attaches a firecracker fuse to her saree pallu as part of his mischievous plan. The kids arrive, take the key from Mangal, and unlock the dhaba while she remains unaware of the firecracker. Neel lights the fuse, and his friend nervously warns him that if something happens to Mangal, they’ll be in big trouble. Neel smugly replies that he only wants to teach her a lesson. Moments later, Akshat notices sparks and shouts a warning. Firecrackers burst around Mangal, creating chaos. Shanti and the kids panic, but Mangal stays composed, cutting off her saree pallu and throwing it away before it can cause harm. Neel hides, feeling satisfied with his prank, unaware that Mangal has safely escaped danger.
The situation takes a serious turn when Mangal notices her dhaba catching fire. She rushes to put out the flames while instructing Shanti and the children to stay away. Neel’s friends flee in fear, leaving him behind. Just then, Adit arrives and helps Mangal douse the fire. As Neel tries to escape, Mangal spots him and gives chase, confronting him about setting her dhaba ablaze. Neel panics, speeds off on his bicycle, but crashes into a tree and collapses, bleeding from his head. Without hesitation, Mangal hires an auto and rushes him to the hospital.
At the hospital, the nurse asks Mangal to fill out the patient details. Mangal insists that Neel isn’t her son, but the nurse urges her to provide what she knows and pay for the treatment to begin. Mangal agrees and fills out the form. The nurse hands over Neel’s phone, and Mangal notices several missed calls from his mother, Sunita. When the phone rings again, Mangal answers and informs a shocked Sunita that Neel has met with an accident and is hospitalized.
Meanwhile, Adit grows frustrated that Mangal isn’t answering his calls and complains to Shanti that she irresponsibly left the dhaba, abandoning the children. Shanti worries and wonders where Mangal might have gone.
At the hospital, Sunita arrives in a panic and asks about her son. The nurse informs her that Neel’s blood group isn’t available, and Sunita despairs, saying she can’t donate blood herself. A while later, the nurse reassures her that a donor has been found. When Sunita rushes to Neel’s room, she is stunned to see Mangal donating blood to save him. Overwhelmed, Sunita recalls the dark secret she has buried for years — how sixteen years ago, she had exchanged her and Mangal’s babies at birth without Mangal’s knowledge.
As Mangal completes the transfusion, the nurse commends her for saving the boy’s life by acting swiftly. Mangal humbly replies that it was all by God’s grace. When she steps out, Sunita silently vows that she must reveal the truth to Mangal — otherwise, she will never be able to forgive herself.
