Shanti arrives at the hospital and questions Mangal about Kapil’s arrest. Sowmya mocks that Shanti only came to create drama, but Shanti rebukes her and warns Mangal that Adit and Sowmya are plotting to stop her marriage with Kapil. Mangal insists Adit is genuinely fighting for his life, but Shanti mocks that he will die just to prevent the wedding. Kusum warns Shanti not to speak against Adit. Shanti claims Adit deserves punishment for his sins toward Mangal and urges her to prove Kapil’s innocence instead of supporting selfish people. Mangal tries to stop her but eventually sends her away, assuring she will meet the lawyer.
Meanwhile, the inspector locks Kapil in jail. Kapil pleads that he only tried to help Adit, but the inspector refuses to listen.
At the hospital, Sowmya comforts Adit, vowing to get Kapil punished. Suddenly, Adit’s condition worsens. Sowmya calls the doctor and prevents Mangal from entering. Sudesh consoles Mangal, asking her not to feel hurt.
Shanti informs Pratima that Mangal is meeting the lawyer to save Kapil. Shocked, Pratima learns from Shanti that Sowmya has filed an attempt-to-murder case. Shanti assures Mangal will rescue Kapil, but the news makes Pratima collapse.
The doctor later announces Adit needs urgent surgery but his rare blood group is unavailable. Sowmya offers money to arrange it, but he explains only relatives with the same group can save him.
Pratima visits Kapil in jail, scolding him that Mangal only cares for her first husband’s family. She regrets choosing Mangal for him. Kapil defends Mangal, saying she must stand with her family in crisis, but Pratima vows to show him her true colors.
Mangal struggles to reach Kapil’s lawyer and misses Pratima’s calls. Pratima shows this to Kapil, insisting Mangal is ignoring them. At the hospital, Sudesh says Mangal could have arranged blood if she were there, while Sowmya taunts that Mangal abandoned Adit to save Kapil.
Just then, Mangal arrives at the hospital and learns Adit urgently needs blood. Discovering she shares his rare group, she immediately donates. Kusum thanks God while Sowmya fumes, realizing her plan to defame Mangal has failed. Mangal donates blood, still anxious about saving Kapil, and ignores Pratima’s calls.
Precap: Adit regains consciousness. Mangal tries to learn the truth, but Sowmya interrupts with taunts. Mangal rebukes her.
