Mangal informs Sowmya that Adit has permitted her to meet the kids. Sowmya rebukes her, questioning why Adit didn’t inform her, despite claiming he tells her everything. When Sowmya lashes out and orders Mangal to leave, Mangal retorts sharply.
Meanwhile, Akshat cries in pain, clutching his stomach. Worried, Mangal prepares a kadha for him and takes him inside. Sowmya then confronts Adit, demanding he send Mangal away and even threatening to call the police. Adit stops her, recalling his promise to Kapil, and pleads with her to avoid a scene, admitting he too is unhappy with Mangal’s presence.
Sowmya reminds Adit that since she paid off the house loan, Mangal should only meet the kids outside. Mangal gives Akshat the kadha, and he recovers. When she spots Kusum, she tries to touch her feet, but Kusum steps back. Emotional, Mangal shares how much she missed her and presents a gift from Pehli Swad’s first earnings, calling Kusum her “partner.” But Kusum rejects it, accusing her of being her husband’s murderer, and walks away.
Noticing the undecorated mandir for Akshaya Tritiya, Mangal sighs. Meanwhile, Adit snaps at Sowmya, saying she makes him feel like the house is only hers. He threatens to leave, but their argument is interrupted when Kusum’s saree catches fire. Mangal rescues her, but Kusum angrily asks why she saved her, wishing she had died instead. Sowmya apologizes to Adit, insisting he follow her lead. Adit argues that Akshat won’t recover without his mother and that he can’t handle daily conflicts. Sowmya promises to handle it.
Later, Mangal feeds Akshat, who happily eats everything she offers. Sowmya rudely interrupts, accusing Mangal of making excuses to visit. To prevent Mangal from revealing his secret work, Adit quickly asserts that she can meet the kids anytime and sends her away. Before leaving, Mangal assures Akshat he can call her anytime and prays to Maata Rani for reunion with her family.
Sowmya later applies a face pack, relaxing until she notices Adit working on the Pehli Swad logo. Suspicious, she questions if he’s helping Mangal. Adit lies, calling it an old file, and deletes it—but Sowmya remains doubtful.
Akshat calls Mangal joyfully, telling her he finished his curd rice. She advises him against outside food and lovingly calls him a “good boy” before hanging up. Kapil brings her coffee, admiring her rare smile and wishing her happiness—secretly glad he helped reunite her with Akshat.
Mangal shares her excitement about expanding Pehli Swad to Delhi, determined to succeed for her kids and Kusum. The next day, she prays for blessings at the launch—just as a flower falls as a divine sign. Suddenly, Bhavya calls urgently, insisting on meeting despite the launch. Mangal agrees but wonders about the urgency.

They need to upgrade Mangal’s look. Now that she’s a higher up and has people working under her, the show should upgrade her look a little and not make her look old.
She could just borrow one of her MIL’s dodgy wigs, and Sowmya clown lipstick
