Bhabhiji begins by asking the contestants to describe the difference between a boss and a leader. She explains that a boss thrives on authority, while a true leader guides everyone toward a shared goal. She then announces that the next round will focus on teamwork and stresses that successful businesses are built only through collective effort. The anchor instructs the contestants to open their chits and join their respective team leaders. The participants split into groups accordingly. Bhabhiji further reveals that this is also an elimination round, where each three-member team must prepare a three-course meal within one hour. Mangal encourages her team by reminding them that teamwork will help them succeed. Rithu is assigned the starter, and Diya takes responsibility for baking the cake.
Meanwhile, Kusum calls Adit and asks him to take his medicines and look after his health. Sudesh, noticing her concern, asks what happened. Kusum replies that Adit has gone to Dehradun and isn’t feeling well. Sudesh reassures her not to worry.
Back in the kitchen, Bhabhiji announces that the discussion time is over and instructs everyone to begin cooking. Sowmya watches Rithu from a distance and smirks. A flashback reveals that Sowmya bribed Rithu to intentionally sabotage Mangal’s cooking. The team leaders — including Mangal and Sowmya — guide their teams from outside the kitchen area. Rithu deliberately adds too much chili powder and later spills the rice, pretending it was accidental. Bhabhiji points out to Mangal that her team is in complete disarray and warns that failure to finish on time will lead to their elimination. Mangal sends Rithu to the pantry to bring a new packet of rice. Instead, Rithu brings powdered sugar, mistaking it for salt. Mangal corrects her and asks her to taste it. Once Rithu realises her mistake, she apologises. Mangal reminds her to stay alert, and Rithu nods.
Just then, Bhabhiji receives a phone call and briefly steps aside. Rithu acts dizzy, and Mangal quickly supports her. Rithu claims she is having severe cramps and has already taken medicine, but it isn’t helping. She says she cannot prepare the cake in this condition and apologises. The other team members admit they don’t know how to bake. Mangal decides to take over the cake preparation and instructs Rithu to go and rest. Rithu leaves.
As she exits, Bhabhiji finishes her call and questions what is happening. Mangal explains that Rithu is unwell and she allowed her to step out. Bhabhiji states firmly that no one is allowed to leave her kitchen without completing their task. Mangal respectfully counters by reminding her that she once granted leave to her PA for having a cold. Bhabhiji makes a sharp remark in return. Mangal assures her she will handle the work and once more requests permission for Rithu to leave. Bhabhiji taunts Mangal but ultimately grants her one final chance. Mangal heads to bake the cake herself.
From a distance, Bhabhiji notices Sowmya and Ritu exchanging sly smirks.
In the kitchen, Mangal works hard but finishes later than expected. Sowmya immediately taunts her for the delay.
Precap: Mangal loses her balance because of her shoes and ends up dropping the cake. When Bhabhiji asks all the contestants to present their cakes, Mangal steps forward with hers. Seeing its condition, Bhabhiji becomes furious and asks whether Mangal is trying to make a mockery of the competition.
