Mangal tries to get an auto to return home, while Kusum wakes up and asks Adit if she has done something wrong. Adit reassures Kusum, calms her down, and gives her water to drink. Sowmya suggests taking Kusum to the hospital, but Adit hesitates after Kusum appears calm.

Mangal manages to get an auto and heads home. Meanwhile, Sowmya notices a music system remote and turns it on, triggering loud music that causes Kusum to have another panic attack. Sowmya hides the remote and insists they take Kusum to the hospital. Kusum resists and begs not to go, but Sowmya convinces her by saying they are going to the temple.

As they try to get Kusum into the car, she panics, injures her leg, and tries to escape. Sowmya warns Adit that Kusum might harm herself further if they don’t admit her to the hospital. Finally, they get Kusum into the car and head to the hospital.

On her way home, Mangal’s sacred chunri flies out of her auto. She chases it, but it lands on Adit’s car windshield. Sowmya pulls the chunri away, and it flies into Kusum’s hands. Disappointed, Mangal returns home and learns from Isha and Akshat about Kusum’s condition. She calls Adit to check on them. At the hospital, Adit answers Mangal’s call while Kusum is being admitted.

Meanwhile, Jia calls Lakshmi and asks her to meet at 4 PM, claiming she has a plan to get Karthik out of jail. Despite Raghuveer’s advice against it, Lakshmi decides to meet Jia. Raghuveer and Lakshmi visit Sanjana and find her tied up with her chair fallen. Lakshmi helps Sanjana, leading to an argument with Raghuveer about treating Sanjana poorly. While they argue, Sanjana escapes and locks them inside the room. Raghuveer criticizes Lakshmi for trusting Sanjana.

Eventually, Raghuveer and Lakshmi break the door and get out. Lakshmi then meets Jia, who presents a gift box with a note claiming it contains Karthik’s freedom. Jia questions why Lakshmi isn’t opening the box, and Lakshmi comments on the situation skeptically.
