Mangal hides as the doctor enters and, while on a call with Sudesh, confirms that Nysa knows the truth and may reveal it. Niketan overhears and resolves to stop her. Meanwhile, Sowmya offers Adit tea, but he refuses, focused on work. Apologizing for her past actions, she notices a business poster and questions his partnership with Mangal. Adit firmly states that Mangal is part of his life, caring for the kids and family, and plans to share good news once he secures an investor. Determined, Sowmya vows to separate them.
Sudesh assures Akshat that Mangal will prove her innocence, but Sowmya, overhearing, fears that Adit may leave her for Mangal. Disguised as a doctor, Niketan attempts to kill Nysa, only to discover Mangal in her place. She successfully traps him, but he takes her hostage at knifepoint when the police arrive. Meanwhile, Sowmya finds Mangal’s forgotten phone and sees an opportunity to drive a wedge between her and Adit.
Adit arrives in time to save Mangal, leading to Niketan’s arrest. Grateful but hurt by the false accusations, Mangal expresses her pain. The police commend both Mangal’s bravery and Adit’s courage, informing him of an intercepted suspicious package from Mangalore. Adit reveals he rushed to the hospital after hearing about Mangal’s admission, leaving her speechless when he asks what he would have told their family if something had happened to her.
Elsewhere, Jia prevents Karthik from inviting friends to the engagement. Umesh later finds Karthik reading a letter and happily sharing Jia’s poetry. However, Jia secretly plots revenge, poisoning Karthik’s juice and instructing Radha to serve it to him. Umesh confronts Jia, who smugly admits to poisoning Karthik. Shocked, Gayatri questions her, but Jia confidently drinks the juice when challenged, expecting Karthik to perish. To her surprise, nothing happens—Lakshmi had secretly swapped the drink. Jia, realizing her plan has failed, turns to the family and insists she only added medicine, mocking them for doubting her.
