Kusum, in a drowsy state, accidentally pushes Sudesh, nearly causing him to fall from the terrace, but Adit saves him just in time. Sowmya confronts Kusum, who tearfully denies the act. Adit consoles Kusum and asks Sowmya to call a doctor. After the doctor examines them, Adit takes Kusum and Sudesh to their room.
Mangal lights diyas as part of a pooja, but some extinguish, which is seen as an inauspicious sign. Worried, she prays for forgiveness and protection for her mother-in-law. The pandit advises her to bring Kusum to the temple once she recovers. Mangal accidentally drops the prasad, further alarming her. She tries to call Sudesh but finds no signal, so she contacts Adit instead. However, Sowmya intercepts the call and resolves to admit Kusum to a mental hospital before Mangal returns.
Sudesh pleads with Adit to help Kusum recover, while Sowmya insists on consulting a psychiatrist to prevent any harm to Kusum. Adit agrees but reluctantly promises Sowmya not to inform Mangal. Meanwhile, Mangal, injured after slipping at the temple, collects the prasad and heads home, anxious about Kusum.
Elsewhere, Lakshmi pressures Jia into confessing her role in framing Karthik. Jia admits her guilt but faints before Lakshmi can record the confession. Devastated, Lakshmi informs Raghuveer of her failure and expresses concern about Karthik’s worsening condition in jail. Gayatri overhears and confronts Lakshmi for hiding the truth, deciding to visit Karthik in jail. Raghuveer calms her down, convincing her to avoid impulsive actions.
Jia’s mother advises Jia to maintain her composure for another day, promising to visit her soon. Gayatri, determined, disguises herself and secretly visits Karthik in jail, assuring him of his release. Jia’s mother, suspicious of Gayatri’s identity, spots her at the station but is unable to confirm her suspicions as Raghuveer and Lakshmi escort Gayatri away. Raghuveer scolds Gayatri for her risky actions, but Lakshmi defends her, urging patience as their plan nears completion.
Jia’s mother later informs Jia that Gayatri is alive and suggests catching her red-handed. Shocked, Jia agrees to the plan. As the episode ends, Lakshmi receives a call from Jia.
