Scene 1
Mangal is confused about how to fill the cheque. Lakshmi calls. Mangal asks her if she can tell. Lakshmi directs her and Mangal withdraws the money.

Soumya tells Mangal what she did. Adit says she can’t do this. She wasn’t like this. How dare she? Soumya says she did this with her mom. They blackened my face in the market. Adit says how dare she. What’s wrong with her? She has nothing to do. She says Mangal is doing all this to break us. She doesn’t know we are not married. If she finds out she will break us. Before she finds out let’s complete our wedding. Adit says we will get married. Everyone agreed. It doesn’t matter. We are together. That’s what matters. I am with you. Adit hugs her. She cries.

Scene 2
Akshar cries in the class. The kids make fun of him. The principal calls mangal. She is shocked. She rushes to the school.

Adit says so much happened in one day. My family kicked me out in one day. I was their only son. How can they do that? I told Mom so many times why I couldn’t be with Mangal but no one understood me. Adn now they did this to you. Adit gets a call from Akshar’s school.

Mangal meets the principal. She says to Mangal Akshar looks very distressed these days. Is there any trauma? Something has hurt him a lot. He hugs Mangal. The principal says the kids are impacted when there is a problem in their house. I called your husband but he didn’t respond. Soumya asks Adit why are they calling? he says I am sure they’re asking for the fees. I won’t pick it up. Let’s see how Mangal does it. She can’t pay for it. She’d come to me begging for it.

Sceen 3
Lipika says mymmy I am very hungry. Please give me something to eat. Shanti hits her and says eat this. Lipika says why are you hitting me? Shati says you made Mangal sign the divorce papers. Lipika says this isn’t true. Shanti says no please listen to me. There is no sign. Soumya doesn’t know the truth either. Shanti asks what is it?

Akshar says I won’t eat. Where is Papa? Magnal says he’s out for work. He says to call her then. Sudesh says I want to play ludo. I will defeat Akshar today. Kusum says no one can defeat him. Askahr says I don’t wanna play. I wanna talk to Papa. He talks to me every day. Mangal hugs him and says he is busy. He says I want to talk to him. Aksahr says he picks up my call. He didn’t even pick up the principal’s call. Did you both fight? Kusum says no they didn’t fight. He says no I saw. Everyoen was angry. You were all fighting and then papa left the house. I wanna meet Papa. Please mama say sorry to Papa like I say to Ishana. I don’t like it without him.

Lakshmi comes and says Akshar you miss Papa right? Let’s do something. Let’s make a card for him. He’d love to see how creative Akshar is. Ishana says I have a new art kit. Let’s make it with that. Magnal says he’s trying to understand everything. How do  I answer him? Kusum says I hope that Soumya never lives happily after doing this to our family.

Shanti comes and says the person who assisted Soumya is here. She throws Lipika in. She says this is the sister of Mangal. She started the fire. Tell Mangal the truth. Touch her feet and apologize to her. Lipika sits on her feet. Mangal asks what happened. Shanti says to tell her the truth. Lipika says I made a huge mistake. Soumya was blackmailing me. She gave me divorce papers. She tells Mangal the whole story. Mangal is shocked. Lipika says please forgive me. Soumya says how can you deceit your sister like this. You’re a curse on the name of a sister. Are you on that Soumya side? Lipika says didi I am sorry. I didn’t want to get a signature. SHe forced and blackmailed me. Kusum says get out of our house. She says please listen to me. Those papers were fake. Everyoen is shocked. She says I never got Mangal’s sign. I signed it fake. Soumya doesn’t know those are forged papers. Kusum says the real papers had Adit’s sign but not Mangal’s. She says yes. I gave Soumya fake papers with forged signs of both.

Kusum says but why does that matter? THey married. Lipika says according to Indian law if he doesn’t divorce his first wife and marries another woman that marriage is null. It’s a crime. Lipika says we can file a case against Souma. We will bring Adit back. They arent married. She says let’s go meet a lawyer. We can go to the court and file that their marriage is illegal. Mangal stops her. Kusum says let’s go Mangal. What are you thinking? She says I won’t go. I don’t wanna show anything. Shanti says why? Expose her. Kusum says to fight for your rights. You’re still Adit’s wife legally. Throw the real papers on her face and tell her you won’t. Mangal says my win isn’t decided by a piece of paper. Marriage isn’t bound by papers. It’s bound by love and trust. I felt it for 15 years. He never did. He never considered me his partner. I was his wife on papers only and hence he signed the papers so easily. My signs were fake but his are real. It was his choice. It was so easy for him. He married SOumya. He made all these choices. Waht will I prove in the court?
