Seth mistakenly believes Mangal is their boss, Chamkeli, and gratefully thanks her for a major order. Growing suspicious when he notices her nervousness, he questions her identity. Mangal stays composed and says, “If your doubts are cleared, let’s talk business.” They head inside, unaware that Kapil is watching everything from outside through a glass window.
Meanwhile, at home, Sowmya puts on a show of devotion in front of God, crying. Kusum confronts her, calling out the act. Sowmya insists it’s real and vows not to move her hand from the flame until Ishana returns. Unmoved, Kusum accuses her of being incapable of motherhood, saying, “Ishana’s real mother is searching for her, not you.”
Inside the hideout, Mangal silently prays for Adit and Ishana’s safety. Nearby, the goons pour kerosene around Adit and place a candle near him, declaring he has ten minutes before he burns. Sowmya, remembering how she faked the flame’s effect using flour, faces Kusum’s sharp words, who declares that Sowmya can be Adit’s wife—but never a mother.
Back in the hideout, Mangal notices a rat emerging from a corner and follows it, uncovering a hidden passage. Using her phone’s flashlight, she finds a locked room and frees several girls inside—including a drugged Ishana. As she reassures Ishana, Mangal uncovers a secret exit and begins guiding the girls out, urging silence.
Kapil, seeing Mangal in danger, tries calling the police but realizes help won’t arrive in time. As the real Chamkeli arrives, he desperately tries to stall her, falling at her feet to delay her entry. Inside, Mangal hears a noise and finds Adit tied up in another room. After extinguishing the burning candle beside him, she quickly unties him and leads him to Ishana. Seeing her unconscious, Adit panics, but Mangal explains the girls were drugged. Adit lifts Ishana and follows Mangal toward escape.
Outside, Chamkeli instructs her men to hold Kapil back and storms in. Despite the growing threat, Mangal refuses to leave the remaining girls behind. Hearing the kidnappers begin their search, she steels herself and whispers, “These children are like Ishana to me,” as she continues rescuing them—one life at a time.
