Shanti pleads with Mangal to remarry so that Lipika’s wedding can move forward and both daughters can have secure futures. Mangal refuses, saying her responsibilities as a mother don’t allow room for remarriage. Shanti, hurt, accuses Mangal of always prioritizing Kusum’s opinions over hers. Overwhelmed, Shanti suddenly collapses, leaving Mangal panicked.
While Sowmya prepares to spend time with Adit at home, assuming the family will be out for hours, Mangal struggles to find transport for Shanti. Adit spots them and immediately helps rush Shanti to the hospital.
Back home, Sowmya mistakenly opens the door for what she thinks is Adit, only to be shocked when Kusum arrives instead. Kusum questions her attire, and Sowmya explains she expected more time alone. Kusum says they returned early as the doctor was unavailable, leaving Sowmya wondering about Adit’s whereabouts.
At the hospital, Shanti is admitted, and Adit reassures Mangal that Shanti is strong. The doctor reveals Shanti has 70% heart blockage and needs urgent open-heart surgery costing ₹8 lakhs. Mangal is stunned as she only has ₹3 lakhs in savings. While she worries, Lipika arrives and blames herself for Shanti’s deteriorating health.
Pratima, unaware of the situation, calls Shanti about a marriage proposal. Mangal picks up and breaks the news—Shanti is hospitalized after a heart attack. A shocked Pratima informs Kapil.
Later, the doctor informs Mangal that the surgery cannot be delayed. She begs the hospital to proceed with the ₹3 lakhs she has and promises to arrange the remaining amount. To her shock, the nurse tells her the full payment has already been made. Curious and emotional, Mangal rushes to the reception.
There, she sees Kapil collecting the receipt while Adit, holding money, stands nearby, unaware. Realizing Kapil paid for the surgery, Mangal thanks him with deep gratitude. Kapil comforts her, promising to always be by her side and gently wipes her tears. Adit watches the scene silently, taking it all in.
Precap: Shanti tells Mangal that she will only consent to the surgery if Mangal agrees to marry Kapil. Meanwhile, Sowmya confronts Adit angrily, asking if he even knows how unwell she was the previous night. She accuses him of scolding her for missing his calls while he was actually busy spending time with Mangal.
