Mangal tells Kapil and his mother that the death date she saw written on a photo has mysteriously vanished, leaving her bewildered. Kapil tries to calm her and takes her inside. Meanwhile, Pratima’s friends gossip that Mangal seems mentally unstable, criticizing Pratima’s judgment. Pratima defends Mangal as merely disturbed and sends her friends away, unaware that Monisha is smirking in the background as her scheme takes hold.
Kapil questions Mangal, who explains that a mysterious man in a hoodie is targeting her family and shows him the number that called her. When Kapil dials it, City Hospital answers. Pratima worries, suggesting Mangal is imagining things. Deeply hurt, Mangal insists she is telling the truth and vows to expose the culprit, storming out despite Kapil’s offer
Later, Kusum calls Pratima, insisting Mangal needs to see a doctor. Pratima agrees but explains Kapil is resistant, promising to convince him. She ends the call to find Kapil listening, and informs him that Kusum also believes Mangal is hallucinating. Kusum directly tells Mangal she needs medical help. A frustrated Mangal asks if even her mother doubts her, adamant that the hoodie man is real and she is only protecting her family. She breaks down, wondering why her family is being targeted.
Determined for proof, Mangal goes to City Hospital to investigate the mysterious call. The receptionist refuses to help her see CCTV footage or answer questions about a hoodie-clad person. A nurse overhears and secretly alerts Monisha. As Mangal follows the nurse, Monisha decides to intervene, excited that the game is escalating.
Meanwhile, Pratima books a psychiatrist appointment without Mangal’s knowledge. Kapil objects, but Pratima persuades him that since Mangal trusts him, he should convince her to go. Kapil considers it, while Mangal grows suspicious of a conspiracy.
In a critical turn, Monisha sneaks into Adit’s room to plant evidence. Mangal hears a noise and enters, forcing Monisha to hide. When someone calls Mangal from outside, Monisha escapes. Before leaving, Mangal discovers a black hoodie in the room. Finding a chip inside, she plays it on a laptop and is stunned by its contents.
Precap: Kapil confronts Adit, demanding to know why he is misbehaving with him and playing such a cruel joke on Mangal. Adit, stunned, asks what Kapil is talking about. Kapil then turns to Mangal, questioning her about the black hoodie, and Mangal reveals that she discovered it in Adit’s room.
