Mangal tells Adit that Sowmya accused her without evidence, while she has proof against Sowmya. When Adit asks Sowmya to respond, she remains silent. Shanti criticizes Sowmya, who retaliates by accusing Shanti of failing to protect her own daughter. When Shanti tries to slap her, Adit intervenes. Shanti claims Sowmya tried to kill Mangal by locking her in a cold storage room and blames her for Kusum’s condition. Adit demands an explanation, and Sowmya fabricates a story about her sonography frame breaking due to the wind, pretending to be heartbroken over her child. She manipulates Adit by appealing to his emotions, while Shanti dismisses it as an act.
Adit scolds Shanti, telling her to stay out of his life and demanding she apologize to Sowmya. Mangal questions why Shanti should apologize when Sowmya’s accusations lack evidence, but Sowmya claims she only wants Adit’s support. Adit orders Shanti to leave, accusing her of being uninvited. Shanti insists she had an invitation, asks Mangal to look after Kusum, and departs. Adit then reprimands Mangal for causing unnecessary drama and reminds her to focus on his unwell mother.
While Kusum accidentally drops a glass, Adit reassures her and asks Sowmya to clean up. During the cleanup, Mangal finds a tablet on the floor, raising concerns about Kusum’s medication. Adit decides to buy a new one, but Sowmya worries, as she doesn’t have a replacement. Later, when Akshath switches on the fan, Kusum feels cold and notes the fan is broken. Mangal disposes of the tablet in the dustbin. Kusum asks Mangal to bring her juice, and Sowmya seizes the opportunity to retrieve the tablet.
Mangal notices Sowmya’s suspicious behavior but remains unaware of her intentions. Sowmya places a heater near Kusum, causing her discomfort. Kusum turns on the fan and stumbles, but Mangal intervenes in time to save her. Adit expresses concern for Akshath, but Mangal clarifies it was Kusum who turned on the fan.
Jia’s mother scolds her for her stubbornness, blaming her for Karthik’s imprisonment and Gayathri’s death. Jia insists it was an accident, but her mother warns her to remain indoors until the court hearing. Sanjana briefly contacts Jia but vanishes before she can respond.
Raghuveer takes Gayathri to an abandoned house, sarcastically forcing her to stay and manipulating her against Lakshmi. He orders her to clean the house as a form of “entertainment.” Meanwhile, Lakshmi visits Raghuveer’s home and finds Sanjana tied to a chair. Raghuveer stops her from helping, warning that freeing Sanjana would ruin their plan. Feeling guilty, Lakshmi leaves with five days left.
Back at Jia’s house, Jia reveals to her mother that Sanjana sent her a message. Her mother advises her to call Sanjana, but Jia hesitates. Gayathri dreams of Lakshmi taking over her house and sneaks back in disguise. Jia arrives simultaneously. Lakshmi cleverly hides Gayathri and pretends to be possessed by her ghost, scaring Jia by claiming she killed Sanjana.
