Mangal struggles to communicate in English during a live show, facing humiliation from the audience and judges. Kusum, worried for Mangal, requests to be let inside for support but is denied. Gudiya mocks Kusum, reminding her she was never meant to be shown on the channel. Meanwhile, Adit and his children watch the show, with Akshat initially proud of his mother. However, Mangal’s difficulty speaking English leads to ridicule, and she accidentally reads an insulting message about herself on screen. The judges and audience laugh at her, while Sowmya, who orchestrated the situation, enjoys seeing Mangal humiliated on national television.
Mangal realizes something is wrong and pleads to speak in Hindi, but she is dismissed. Her children feel embarrassed, with Ishana angrily chasing her friends away. Sowmya takes advantage of the situation to turn Adit against Mangal. When Mangal returns home, Ishana lashes out at her, calling her a joke and forbidding her from returning to the show. Adit also taunts and belittles her, demanding that she stop embarrassing the family. Kusum tries to console Mangal, who later receives another chance from the show’s producers, though they secretly intend to use her for entertainment.
Meanwhile, Jia tries to instigate Gayatri against Lakshmi. When Karthik arrives holding Lakshmi’s hand, Jia is shocked and demands to know if they are married. Karthik confronts his mother for hiding the truth, while Gayatri insists that Lakshmi had a fight with her husband and is staying with them temporarily. Karthik, suspicious, demands to meet Lakshmi’s husband. Jia tries to divert his attention, but he finds a newspaper clipping with Lakshmi and Raghuveer’s photo. Gayatri quickly plans to introduce a fake husband for Lakshmi, but before anything can happen, Lakshmi faints on the road.
