Mangal keeps thinking about the mysterious hoodie person when Kapil calls her. Absentmindedly, she picks up and mutters that the hoodie person was present, but quickly covers up. Kapil invites her to a lunch hosted by his mother to cheer her up, but she disconnects, leaving him worried.
Meanwhile, Adit complains about Mangal’s behavior, but Kusum warns him not to dismiss her words since even Akshat mentioned seeing someone. When pressed, Akshat admits he only lied about the sighting to support his mother after Adit branded her mad. Though Adit consoles him, both he and Kusum are disturbed by Mangal’s strange conduct.
Determined to prove herself right, Mangal vows to catch the culprit. Soon, she receives a terrifying call: Kapil’s life will be taken before her eyes. The disguised voice—actually Monisha—taunts her, urging her to try saving him. Panicked, Mangal rushes to find Kapil but fails to reach him by phone. At the same time, Kusum suggests psychiatry for Mangal, but a heated argument erupts when Adit insists he has a right to care for her as the mother of his children. Kusum shuts him down, reminding him Kapil is her future husband.
At Kapil’s house, while he engages warmly with Pratima’s friends, Mangal arrives and notices “death day” scribbled on his photo. Just then, an almirah nearly falls on Kapil, but she manages to shove him aside. To her despair, when everyone inspects, the almirah appears intact, the photo looks normal, and no threat is visible. Kapil insists no one was there. The guests begin whispering that Mangal has lost her mind, while Pratima recalls earlier odd incidents and grows uneasy.
Shaken and humiliated, Mangal realizes someone is deliberately plotting against her and Kapil—and she must uncover who is behind the conspiracy.
