Kusum reminds Sudesh to take his tablets before leaving to prepare tiffin, but Mangal intervenes, saying she has already prepared it and asks Kusum to rest. Kusum becomes emotional, saying she doesn’t want to get used to Mangal’s care since she will be leaving soon. She apologizes for her past harshness, thanks Mangal for saving them from Monisha, and promises to protect her new life at any cost.
Adit overhears this, and when Kusum spots him, he claims he came to hand her the passbook. Meanwhile, Mangal heads to the kitchen, unaware that Monisha, disguised in a hood and mask, is secretly watching her.
While helping Akshat look for his book, Mangal again notices a shadow, but Adit dismisses her concerns as imagination after answering a suspicious call from Kapil. Growing uneasy, Mangal later sees the hooded person attempt to attack Akshat. She alerts Adit and begs him to call the police, but he refuses to take her seriously.
Determined, Mangal chases the figure outside, nearly unmasking Monisha before she escapes. As Mangal stumbles into danger, Adit saves her, but when she insists on what she saw, nearby vendors deny noticing anyone. Adit angrily drags her home, warning her not to ruin their reputation with her “imaginations.”
Distressed, Mangal argues with Adit, insisting she isn’t lying and that the family is in danger. When Pratima arrives, she questions Kusum about Adit’s harsh behavior. Adit presses Mangal for proof, and she asks Akshat if he saw the hooded figure with a knife. To Adit’s shock, Akshat confirms her story.
Furious, Mangal demands acknowledgment and storms inside, vowing to expose the culprit who is threatening their family. Pratima expresses concern for Mangal’s state of mind, but Kusum assures her she will take care of things. Alone, Mangal swears she will catch Monisha at any cost.
