Kapil offers to take Akshat, even promising him a donut. Though Mangal hesitates, Akshat pleads, and she finally agrees. Adit watches silently as Akshat excitedly leaves with Kapil.

The next morning, parents gather as the school bus is late. Mangal calls Adit, alarmed, but soon the bus arrives—only Ishana isn’t on it. The driver insists he dropped off all students, directing her to the teacher. Panicked, Mangal confronts the Principal, who reveals Ishana left the program a week ago, claiming her father was ill and later confirming she was home. “But Adit is fine!” Mangal exclaims, furious they didn’t verify.

She storms home, accusing Adit of negligence. He deflects, saying Sowmya handles Ishana’s calls. Mangal immediately confronts Sowmya, who brushes it off, saying, “It’s fine to lie sometimes.” Enraged, Mangal snaps, “Ishana is my daughter—I won’t let you ruin her!” Sowmya fires back, “She’s my daughter now. You’re just a visitor—know your limits!”

Adit finally questions Sowmya: “You said you knew her schedule—where is she?” Sowmya panics, realizing her lie is unraveling. She had given Ishana money to enjoy with friends—but now, if Ishana doesn’t return soon, the truth will explode.
