Akshat requests Mangal to prepare food for him. Mangal gently says she’ll cook and bring it the next day, but Akshat insists he wants it today. Adit tells Mangal to go ahead if she has the time, and Mangal agrees. Akshat smiles, saying he’s looking forward to it. Adit and Kusum share a smile, while Sowmya quietly leaves the room.
Outside, Sowmya confronts Ananya, upset that she didn’t blame Mangal and accusing her of ruining their plan. Ananya calmly explains that Mangal risked her life to save her, and now she sees her true nature. She admits she was wrong to believe Sowmya and has realized the truth. Sowmya scolds her. Meanwhile, Kusum returns to tell the bun seller they don’t want the buns—but then changes her mind and calls him back. Seeing her, Sowmya and Ananya hide.
In the kitchen, Mangal gets emotional. A worker offers to help, but she declines, wanting to cook herself. She notices the ingredients are all used up and wonders how the family has managed. She quickly places an online order. Akshat praises her resourcefulness, calling her the “best boss lady.” Mangal replies that life teaches everything. Adit watches them from a distance.
Kusum returns money the bun seller had dropped. Inside, Sowmya continues scolding Ananya, but Ananya finally stands up to her. She expresses regret that Adit left someone like Mangal for Sowmya and says one day he’ll realize his mistake and reunite with Mangal. She walks off, leaving Sowmya fuming.
Mangal prepares a delicious meal and sets the table. Akshat mischievously tucks her pallu into Adit’s belt just as Adit approaches. As Adit sits down, Mangal comes close, and they share a quiet moment. Akshat teases them, while Kusum smiles. Watching from afar, Sowmya breaks a vase in frustration. When everyone looks, she pretends it was an accident and walks off. Adit follows her.
Before eating, Mangal suggests offering prasad. She and Akshat go to the temple and pray for the family’s well-being. A worker tells Kusum it feels like the house’s Lakshmi has returned with Mangal. Kusum smiles warmly. Later, Sowmya angrily questions Adit about stopping Mangal from leaving. Adit calmly says he did nothing wrong and walks away. As Mangal is about to leave, Sowmya stops her and demands she acknowledge the house’s “malkin.” Mangal tells her to get to the point.
Sowmya declares herself the owner and says she doesn’t want Mangal in her home or kitchen. She mocks her appearance and accuses her of trying to seduce her boss. Mangal replies with calm dignity, saying she’s going to work—not to trap a married man like Sowmya—and walks away, leaving Sowmya stunned.
The next day, Mangal proves Adit’s innocence with evidence. The employees apologize to her. Kapil admits he lost the challenge and praises her for handling things fairly. The staff applauds her.
Kapil announces that Mangal wants Ananya to stay on and also requested Adit’s reinstatement. Adit thanks him. Kapil then reminds Adit that while Mangal proved his innocence, he still remembers Adit’s past remarks about her. He says Adit doesn’t deserve someone like Mangal and walks away.
