Mangal reminds Adit that running Pehla Swaad is her responsibility. Adit fires back, asking if Ishana means nothing to her, accusing her of misplaced priorities. Hurt, Mangal retorts that she won’t abandon her duties like he did, wiping her tears before retreating to her room. Meanwhile, Sowmya is left puzzled over her missing money.
Ishana, trapped in Yash’s blackmail, hands him money and demands he delete her incriminating video. But Yash refuses—he wants her to deliver a mysterious package first. When she protests, he threatens to send the video to Mangal. Panicked, Ishana agrees.
At home, Mangal receives the video—but just as she’s about to watch it, Ishana (realizing it’s not a dream this time) distracts her by breaking a bowl. She secretly messages Yash, agreeing to his demands. Mangal checks her phone again, only to find the video deleted. Suspicious, she notices Yash’s profile picture and questions Ishana, who lies about a mistaken forward.
But Mangal isn’t fooled. She spots untouched medicines in the broken bowl, realizing Ishana has been lying about her health. Determined to uncover the truth, she keeps a close watch. Meanwhile, Ishana, desperate, pleads with Yash over the phone. He orders her to deliver his package to Gurgaon—using Pehla Swaad’s consignment as cover—or he’ll expose her.
The next morning, Mangal—now back at Pehla Swaad with her team—reconciles with Kapil, who transfers full ownership to her, vowing never to force her to choose between him and her children. But just as things seem hopeful, Yash’s trap tightens: he instructs Ishana to sneak his parcel into their Gurgaon delivery.
As Mangal prepares the order, unaware of Ishana’s turmoil, the question looms—will Ishana obey Yash and risk everything, or will Mangal uncover the truth before it’s too late?
