Kapil calls Mangal, and though she answers, she decides not to return to the school. Just as she’s about to leave, Akshat questions the teacher about the cake’s sender. The teacher replies it was brought by a lady. Curious, Akshat steps outside and spots Mangal. He rushes to stop her, but she walks away without responding. In his attempt to follow, Akshat falls, and the guards quickly shut the gates, taking him back inside. Meanwhile, Mangal, already distant, is overcome with the pain of leaving her son behind.

Elsewhere, Adit looks at a photo of his children and confides in Sowmya about how much he misses Akshat, lamenting that his son hasn’t even spoken to him. Sowmya brushes off his concerns, calling it pointless to dwell on it. When Adit questions her attitude, she reminds him that

they sent Akshat to boarding school for his better future, though his condition seems to be worsening. She tells Adit she spent ₹4 lakhs on his education and insists he stop being emotional. According to her, Akshat has changed due to his father’s death and Mangal’s influence. She assures Adit she never planned their own child and sees his kids as hers. She promises to take care of everything and offers to make him a cold coffee.

Back at school, the teacher reports to the principal that Akshat tasted the cake and ran after the woman, claiming she was his mother. The principal scolds the teacher for allowing an outsider to offer food to a student. The teacher explains the woman was sent by Kapil and may indeed be Akshat’s mother—she even recorded her details. The principal demands she call the woman immediately.

In Delhi, Pratima talks to Kusum over the phone, saying she’s arrived and wishes to spend time with her daughter-in-law, but she’s too busy. Kusum invites them over, and Pratima agrees. Just then, Kusum spills some milk and quickly turns off the stove. Sowmya scolds her for wasting milk and warns her not to invite anyone over or enter the kitchen again.

Meanwhile, the teacher calls Mangal to inform her that Akshat is crying and insisting she’s his mother. Mangal confirms the boy is Akshat Saxena and immediately asks the driver to turn the car around. When he says the U-turn is 10 km away, Mangal jumps out and runs back toward the school. On the way, she trips over a stone and injures herself but doesn’t stop.

At the school, the teacher confirms to the principal that the woman is indeed Akshat’s mother—Mangal. Hearing this, Akshat shouts in joy that his mother has returned. The teacher offers to treat his wounds, but he refuses, asking only for his mom. Mangal arrives just in time.

Akshat runs into her arms, and Mangal embraces him tightly. He asks why she left and says he missed her terribly. She tells him, “I missed you so much too, and I came back. Please calm down.” Seeing his injuries, she asks how he got hurt, and the teacher says he’s refusing medical help. Akshat repeats his question: why did she leave him?

Mangal asks for a moment alone with him. The teacher and principal step out. Gently tending to his wounds, Mangal says, “Mom can’t live without you. That’s why I came back on your birthday. I can’t live without you either.” Akshat says no one cared for him after she left, and that he feels scared and alone at the school. Once again, he asks why she abandoned him.

With tears in her eyes, Mangal replies, “Circumstances forced me to leave, but I’m back now. And I promise—I will never leave again. No one can separate us.” Akshat applies cream on her injury and asks if she will take him with her. Mangal assures him, “Yes, I will take you with me.” Akshat’s face lights up with happiness.
