Sowmya exposes Ishana for deleting a message from Adit’s phone, with Mangal confirming it. She explains that Ishana just wanted to spend time with her father, but Sowmya questions why she had to delete the message in the first place. She also criticizes Mangal’s parenting, which sparks an argument. Mangal defends herself, stating that she acknowledges Ishana’s mistake but won’t let anyone attack her daughter. She reminds everyone that Ishana was about to apologize before Sowmya escalated things. At Mangal’s request, Ishana apologizes, and Adit forgives her.
However, Sowmya isn’t satisfied and questions Adit’s decision, accusing him of encouraging Ishana’s behavior. Adit defends himself, asking if Sowmya can’t forgive a child for one mistake. Kusum intervenes, reminding Adit that Mangal has always prioritized peace in the house. This makes Adit reflect, and he apologizes to Mangal before leaving. Later, Kusum advises Mangal to stop overthinking and focus on packing Ishana’s bags for her school trip.
That night, Ishana wakes up with stomach pain after stress-eating biscuits. Mangal scolds her for eating foods that trigger her stomach issues but quickly prepares kadha to soothe her. While Ishana feels better, Mangal worries about her health during the upcoming five-day trip. Her concern manifests in a nightmare about Ishana falling sick, leaving her restless.
Meanwhile, Jia suggests marriage to Karthik, who happily agrees to talk to his mother about it. However, Jia secretly plans to ensure Lakshmi is out of Karthik’s life before he regains his memories.
Lakshmi regains consciousness, and Karthik apologizes for leaving her on the terrace. Though she reassures him, Gayatri later confronts her, accusing her of clinging to Karthik instead of helping him recover. Lakshmi insists she wants to stay by his side, making Gayatri walk away in frustration. Sanjana comforts Lakshmi and encourages her to bring coffee to Karthik.
When Lakshmi visits Karthik, she notices he is listening to his own song—something he shouldn’t be hearing. She quickly turns off the music, but Karthik turns it back on. He mistakenly assumes that the label released his song without permission and rushes out to confront them. Lakshmi tries to stop him but fails. Panicked, she informs Gayatri, who immediately calls Jia for help. Sensing danger to her own plans, Jia agrees, determined to prevent Karthik from recovering his past memories.
