Shanti tries to take Mangal away from the Saxena House, but Mangal stands her ground, declaring she won’t abandon Kusum and Papa Ji. Shanti warns her that no one in the house truly supports her and leaves with a final warning. Mangal, undeterred, reassures Kusum that she’ll stay until Sudesh recovers.
Later, Adit confronts Mangal, accusing her of instigating her mother. Mangal denies it but admits her mother’s concerns were valid—wearing sindoor and mangalsutra hasn’t been easy. Suddenly, she remembers an important work meeting. With Adit’s help, she joins the call and turns on her camera, leaving Kapil shocked at her appearance. Despite the awkward moment, Mangal handles the meeting confidently, impressing the investors, though Kapil remains puzzled.
Meanwhile, Kusum, distressed by Shanti’s words, cuts her finger accidentally. Mangal tends to her, and Kusum apologizes for any hurt caused. They reaffirm their shared commitment to Sudesh’s recovery, with Mangal revealing Sudesh recently came out of his room—a hopeful sign.
Mangal then suggests a bold plan: faking an electrocution in front of Sudesh to spark a response. Though Kusum hesitates, Mangal assures her the fuse will be off. Unbeknownst to them, Sowmya overhears and secretly sabotages the setup.
As planned, Kusum brings Sudesh to the hall. Just as Mangal steps near the wire, Sudesh, moved by instinct, rises from his wheelchair and yells to stop her. He stands—breaking through his paralysis. Mangal, however, slips on water and gets mildly shocked. As Kusum rushes to help, Mangal is confused—the power should’ve been off. They share a moment of joy seeing Sudesh standing again, while Sowmya watches, stunned that her plan backfired.
