Adit, unaware, is credited with saving the family. Mangal arrives to find the house in disarray and learns about the theft and Adit’s unintentional heroism. Despite Mangal’s reassurance, Adit blames himself for failing to protect his family.
Sowmya shows up, and tensions rise as Kusum slaps her for hiring the thief caretaker. Adit defends Sowmya, even as her suspicious behavior and lies about her whereabouts come to light. Mangal considers finding a job to ease the growing family strain.
In another scene, Jia and Lakshmi clash over Karthik, with Lakshmi warning Jia not to play the victim. Lakshmi removes her mangalsutra, symbolizing her readiness to face life’s challenges. Raghuveer barges in, questioning Jia’s presence and accusing her of scheming. A confrontation with Karthik reveals his memory loss, leaving Raghuveer frustrated.
