On her way to the beautician, Mangal notices the heavy rain and recalls Kusum urging her to give Adit another chance for the sake of her children and to call off her wedding with Kapil.
Meanwhile, Kapil is organizing things in his cupboard when Pratima arrives. He explains that he’s clearing space for Mangal after their marriage. Pratima helps him wear his pagdi and expresses excitement about the wedding, noting that once Mangal becomes his, the kids won’t disturb them. Kapil considers telling her that the children will stay with them, but Chinta Bua interrupts, gifting Kapil a haar and blessing him. Thunder rumbles outside, and Kapil decides it’s the right moment to share the truth with Pratima.
A photo of Mangal and Adit almost falls, but Adit catches it just in time. Kusum asks him about dinner, and Adit tells her to attend Mangal’s wedding before leaving. Shanti calls Kusum to remind her to be on time for the mandap.
At the parlour, Mangal resists the beautician’s attempts to style her hair and apply makeup. The beautician receives a message from Chinta Bua, triggering a power cut. Lipika calls Mangal, informing her that the baarat has arrived, urging her to leave despite the blackout. Suspicious, the beautician waits as Mangal prepares.
Shanti and her family welcome the groom and his party, while Chinta Bua plots to stop the wedding. She convinces Lipika to call Mangal and pressures the beautician to lock her inside the parlour, preventing her from reaching the mandap. Kapil reassures Shanti that he will meet Mangal only at the mandap.
Akshat grows anxious when Mangal doesn’t answer his calls. He tries to inform Kapil but finds him busy, then bumps into Chinta Bua while running toward Kusum and Sudesh. Kusum intervenes, preventing Chinta Bua from punishing Akshat.
Meanwhile, Mangal realizes the beautician has locked the parlour doors. She panics and bangs on the doors, desperate to escape and reach the mandap.
