The weekend episode of Lock Upp witnessed the eviction of Mandana Karimi from the show. Mandana who entered the show as a wild card contestant failed to make her presence felt in the Lock Upp.
The actress tried her best from making revelations about her personal lives to arguments with contestants inside the jail, though she created a lot of noise the buzz was missing.
Along with Mandana, Ali Merchant, Munawar Faruqui, Payal Rohatgi, Anjali Arora, Karanvir Bohra, and Zeeshan Khan were in the bottom. Before leaving the show, Mandana said, “I do not have the appetite to eat people up or cut their throats. I choose myself and peace. I am so grateful to you ma’am that I could stand here and share my secret. I want to leave the show on that note.”
Before entering the show, Mandana was in the news due to her issues in her personal life where she filed a domestic violence case against her ex-husband Gaurav Gupta, a businessman from Mumbai, and his family. Mandana later withdrew the case.
