Abhi turns and sees Nandu blankly staring at the ceiling…
Dhruv: Nandu !! (All looks at him) You generally believe in giving tensions… Then who is that you gave you tension…
Nandu: There is no tension bhai… Don’t think much… Your knees are already bent… It will pain more…
Dhruv hits Nandu with a pillow…
Nandu: Ouch!!

Amms: Good afternoon new comers… Welcome to the new session of Hecate… Today you all will be admitted to your individual houses which will decide which house are you going to represent for the interhouse competition…
For your every good work,you will be awarded with the house points and similarly for every offense will lead to loss of points… House points can be given to individual student by any faculty member whether teaching or non teaching… Points will be automatically tallied up there at the points board the moment it is added or subtracted… (She said while pointing up to the ceiling which had 4 huge test tubes each with different coloured liquid-Red, Yellow, Blue,Green… Right now at their lowest level as it’s the beginning of the session) The four liquids are the four house colours… Red For Arete House… Silver Sword is the house symbol… Arete is the Greek Goddess of Bravery… Yellow for Ponos… Golden plough is the house symbol… Ponos is Greek God of Hardwork… Blue for Athena… Silver crown is the house symbol… Athena is Greek Goddess of Wisdom And Green is for Daedalus… Green Snake is the house symbol…Greek God of cunningness and ambition… Each house is known by it’s particular characteristic… And you will be admitted according to the chracteristic you posses… Now one by one I will be calling the names and Vice-Principal Malhotra’s Wand will decide your House…(She calls out) VP Malhotra… ”
Nyonika comes up to the podium…
Seeing her mother, Mukti stands like a boss in the crowd… Annapurna notices it and frowns…
Nyonika: Good Afternoon dear students… Before starting the house division,I would like to inform you that though you are going to be divided by the different house flags,but you all are always going to stay United under the Magestic Hecate Banner… And to remind few students,I know most of you are related to the trustees and professors of the college but the first relation you hold here with us is of the teachers and students… AM I CLEAR?? (All the students nod… Nyonika glares Mukti… she stands properly… Alya laughs seeing her… she elbows her…)
Good… Now we shall start the purpose we are here for… First one is Harshad Khurana….”
A bad*ss looking guy goes up the stage to Nyonika in full attitude… He is chewing the chewing gum and winks at Nyonika as he reaches stage… Nyonika glares him… He understands that it won’t work and apologizes… She gives a stiff nod… He turns and smiles looking at the crowd…
Nyonika: Remember… Your personality will decide your house… (He nods) Are you ready? (He again nods) ok… Oikos Revilio…
She does the wand action and points the wand at him… He closes his eyes as light comes from the wand…
Dhruvbhi looks on being amazed… they are looking at all this for the first time…
Mukti whispers :I had only heard that it’s fascinating… But it actually is…
Alya: You are right Mukti… This looks amazing…
Harshad opens his eyes and looks for the mark…
Nyonika: Check your arms and biceps…

She then turns her around and moves her hairs bringing it to front… All look at the little silver sword tattooed on her neck…
Nyonika:Well… I don’t know how… But it’s Arete the house of Bravery… (To Mukti) I hope that it’s not engraved manually…
Mukti:Mom!!!
After all the new comers are admitted to their respective houses, Amms once again adresses them…
Amms:Students… So the house division is done and hence from now on you will be living in your house hostels… Your prefects will guide you to your hostels and you need to listen to them and abide by the rules and regulations of your respective houses… Just remember any indiscipline on your part will make your house loose points… The point tally will start from tomorrow’s sunrise… Do as much fun as you want coz you have just one night… You may disperse now…
Abhi is sad that he and Dhruv are in different house… Dhruv is sad as he won’t be able to have the fun of seeing the Mukbhi drama in Arete house hostle… They sadly bid bye to each other for the night and follow their prefects…
Same is with Muklya…

Mukti was roaming here and there looking at the moving paintings and their funny antiques… She laughed listening to their funny conversations while Abhi was following her all the while like a puppy…
Mukti suddenly turns and gets surprised seeing him just behind her…

Mukti :May be because that’s why you are following me from that time…
Abhi(he smiles sheepishly and rubs his nape) :Ok… I am sorry for behaving like a creep…

She forwards her hand…

She disperses to her room and smiles broadly…
Abhi sees her going till she vanishes from his sight… He smiles rubbing his nape and thinks Dhruv needs to know this development…
