Manan: Love is You (Part 4)

hey people, i am sorry for the late update . 🙁 i am having my exams right now and that too final!!! so sorry..but , i am very disappointed..in the first chappy i got 12 comments , then,7 and lastly 5??? is my story going bad?? please do tell me coz i need to know.. hope you people understand. 🙂 and this is the last chapter.. hope you like it and please do tell me if you would like another ff.!!

Recap: nandini released from hospital. Manik takes care of her. Nandu’s birthday!
Story continues.
Nandu comes out in the hall to see no one there. The Butler comes and directs her to the garden. In the midway, alia blindfolds her.
Na: who is this?
Al: it’s me alia, now just a minute more nandini. We’ll see now.

Nandu is super excited. Alia leaves her in midway. Nandini opens her blindfold. As soon as she does. People spring out of their places yelling: surpriiiiseee!!!!
She looks around to find familiar faces. Fab5, navya, cha-chi, rishabh, and her other college mates. She is awestruck at the place.
She was smiling like a cute baby! She wondered for manik.
Muklya: uff, nandini, chill. Tumhara boyfriend aata hoga. He’s coming up, wait. See there.
Nandini turns. Manik is standing under the spotlight with a guitar.He turns and smiles at her. Starts singing:

Haan aa…

Haan hasi ban gaye
Haan nami ban gaye
Tum mere aasmaan
Meri zameen ban gaye (x2)

(he closes his eyes and sings.. Nandini smiles at him)

Haan hum badalne lage
Girne sambhalne lage
Jab se hai jaana tumhein
Teri ore chalne lage (x2)

(he looks at her with intense love and passion in his eyes. Nandini gets teary)

Har safar har jagah
Har kahin ban gaye
Maante thhe Khuda
Aur haan wahi ban gaye

(he sings with all his heart, meaning each word of the song. Takes her hand and twirls her around)

Haan hansi ban gaye
Haan nami ban gaye
Tum mere aasmaan
Meri zameen ban gaye (x2)

(they dance romantically, forgetting the surroundings. Looking into each other eyes)

Pehchaante hi nahi ab log tanha mujhe
Meri nigaahon mein bhi hai dhoondte wo tujhe

(manik kneels down in front of her and sings. She smiles through her tears)

Hum the dhoondhte jisey wo kami ban gaye
Tum mere ishq ki sar-zameen ban gaye

( he finally gets up and takes her in his arms)

(they hug tightly, absorbing the moment completely)
O.. aa…
Song ends. Manik looks at nandini and wipes her tears. Their cute eyelock is broken by thunderous applauds from the guests. Manan smile and nandini is blushing like hell.
Cabir : woow ! That was something good!!!

muk; yep guys, you were awesome..

everyone praise them. nandu is blushing thoroughly,. time for cake cutting . rishabh comes in with the cake.she cuts the cake with manik and feeds with then rishabh and chacha chachi. manik keeps admiring her happy face . which was glowing with joy. they all have their dinner and slowly the crowd gets less. chachi permits her to stay in malhotra mansion as fab5 were planning and left with rishabh.

nan: guys, thank you soooo much for this.. i can’t explain main kitni khush hu!!

everyone giggle at her childishness.

cab: thank you hame nahin, mr. majnu malhotra ko kaho.

nav(not understanding): manik, yeh majnu kon hai? tumhara cousin hai kya? humse bhi zara milwao. itni achchi planning jo ki.

cab(funny): haan ji, madhubala ji, zaroor. manik zara majnu ko bulaana.

dhruv: shut up cabir . navya he is joking majnu koi aur nahin hamara manik hai.

navya realises and this leads to another chaos. she runs after cabir with cake in her hand. cabir runs laughing like a maniac. muklya stop them and come up to nandu.

muklya: sorry..

nandu(confused):sorry, why?

muk: nandini, we know our start was not so good. we were not so sweet to you..actually we were damn rude to you.

alya: yes, and we are sorry for that. please forgive us nandini. can we have a new start ?

nan(acting): ummm, sochna parega…

she acts as if thinking. muklia are looking down.

nan(smiling): of course!!! i toh forgave you loooong back!! abhi friends ko sorry bolne ki kya zarurat hai?

muklya: really? thanks nandini. thanks a loot!

they hug eo. navya arrives.

nav: hum bhi ,hum bhi!

they open their arms and share a girl group hug. the boys give an evil smirk to each other and go towards the ”girls group” and hug them tight from both sides yelling like girls:

cabir(sarcastic):”hum bhi, hum bhi..hume bhi apne cool gang mein shaamil karlo na, please!!!”

manik(same): ”yes, phir hum saath mein shopping bhi jayenge! pink heels aur dresses jo khareedne hai”

dhruv:”haan haan manu, phir uske baad hum parlour bhi jaayenge!’

they boys say yaaay! in a super girly tone.

the girls and still crushed inside, laughing at their drama.

girls: guys, we c an’t breathe . chodo hume!

the boys finally leave them and they look at eo face and burst out laughing.

nan: ok guys. ab you have done so much for me. so, my turn!!

all: what? !

nan: yess!! so first mukti.you are so much like my sister and i thimk, you’ll be my perfect bhabhi..so, turn around .

muk: what!? ok!!!..

she turns and sees a boy with his back facing. he turns. mukti’s heart stops beating for a second. it was him!!! abhi! her abhi!!(guys in my story abhi left without telling mukti.. She doesn’t know his secret)
They walk towards each other.
Muk: abhi, you?
Abhi : yes, mukti.. Am back!! Tumhare liye…. THUDD!!!!
Mukti slapped him.
Mu: you blo*dy jerk, where were you? Kaha thhe itne dino se? Huh?
Nan: mukti, calm down. Woh bhai..
Manik: woh kya? Nandini! How dare you leave mukti, just like that and you are supporting him?? WTH!!!
Nan: let me complete.. Guys, woh abhi apne treatment ke liye gaya thha. US.
Nav: treatment! Kyu??
Nan: woh, bhai ko cancer Hai..
They were shocked! Mukti looked at him. Abhi looked down.
Nan: but now, he is fine!! Perfect. Mukti he didn’t want to hurt you or stress you with this news, so he left..
Mukti looks at him and he holds his ears indicating a sorry. And pulls her for a hug.They hug eo tightly. Everyone adores them. They break the hug and join their foreheads, absorbing the reunion completely.nav: hey matarani, inki jodi humesha banaye rakhna..

mukbhi come out of their trance.

nan: so, mukti ..did you like your return gift.!?

mu: are you kidding me? i loved it !!!!thank you so much nandu!

and again hugs her.

man: mukti, chhod usse. woh meri hai . tera abhi mil gaya na . toh usise kaam chala le..

he takes nandu in a side hug. all laugh and nandu is blushing like the cutest cherry..

abh: waise babydoll, must say haan..what a surprise! thank you ..warna mujhe nahin laga mai meri mukti se kabhi milunga..bhi

nan: bas na bhai, it was my pleasure. chalo, ab mere cabir bhai ki baari..

man: yeh bandar tumhara bhai kabse ban gaya ???

cab: shut up, this is my and my sister’s matter. do not interfere.. to bol behna . mere liye kya hain?

nan: haan manik, beech mein mat bolo…cabir bhai now you too turn around.

cabir does so and recieves a 440 volt jhatka.. his mom was standing there . smiling with tears. (remember cabir’s fight with his mom and he leaves their house)cab: mumma..aap?

cab mum(choked voice): cabir, beta…kaise ho?? are you ok?

cab(angry): aap yaha kyun aayi ho? you are ashamed of me right?? because i am gay?? (sorry CaVya fans)

mum : beta , i am sorry.. aisa kuch nahin hain..i was confused ..please, give me a chance to explain..

cab: what is left to explain? kuch nahi bacha ..please, go away from here..

nan: bhai, ek baar aunty ki baat sun lo, please? mere liye?

cab: chhoti, iss sab mein mat par..its your birthday right so enjoy na..

nan: no, i can enjoy only after you forgive her..

mum: beta, ek mauka..please. main sab theek kar dungi..please

cabir stares at her with tears . cabir’s mom opens her arms for him..cabir runs and hugs her. both cry their hearts out muttering sorrys. everyone look at the mother -son duo, with moist, happy eyes. they are silent for sometime. cabir breaks the hug..

cab: you won’t leave me now. haina ??

she nods in no,.

muk: waise aunty , aap yaha?

mum: woh, nandini mujhe yaha leke aayi. she went to my house and talked to me and made me understand. she cleared my confusion. and kaha ki she wants to see the old prankster cabir back which was not possible without me. thank you so much beta, mujhe mera beta waapis dene kel iye.

cab(hugs nandu): sachme, tere bina humara kya hota!!thanks a lot lot lot!

nan: no way bhai, apne bhi toh humare le kitna kuch kiya.. yeh toh bas ek chhotu sa thank you gift tha..

manik smiles seeing the bond forming between his friends and his cutest girlfriend.

nan: chalo, mukti done, cabir bhai done. now , dhrulia!!!

al: dhulia? who is that?

nan: ayyo, dhruv and alia, dhrulia..not dhulia

alia and dhruv look at eo. sensing discomfort nandu goes towards them , takes alia’s hand places it on dhruv’s.

man: yeh kya kar rahi ho nandini?

nan: wait manik.. dhruv , i know tum dono ke beech kya chal raha hai.. and alia please don’t be guilty coz tumne kuch nahin kiya. its neither you, nor dhruv to be blamed..

alia: but nandini, how did you know?

nan(sheepishly): woh that day, i was passing through when i heard your fight.. dhruv, aisa kuch nahin hain..alia truely loves you and i know you do too.

dh: i know and am sorry alia. can you forgive me? i know it was stupid of me to mistrust you not getting over from manik..(manik shocked+hurt)

al: its ok dhruv.. even i am sorry ,. i should have explained to you, but instead..

fab3: wait , one sec, yeh kab hua?

dhrulia tell them everything. the boys hold dhruv and bash him.dhruv goes and hugs Alia and pecks her forehead alya blushes.everything was finally getting normal now. cabir’s mom leaves asking them to come for dinner.

nan: hmmm, so now ab baari hai meri bestest friend ki..

cab(acting): kon, main na?

nan(laughs): nahin bhai..one and only navya naveli..

nav(excited): hum!!!! so main bhi ,turn around ?? !

nan: no navya. tum close your eyes .

nav(closing eyes): haan, chalega..

nandini places a letter on her hand.

navya opens her eyes. cabir takes the letter and reads it aloud, much to navya’s annoyance:

”patna university for folk singing and arts”

dear miss navya naveli,

you have been selected for the two month scholarship in our college in folk music category for your talent and commendable singing skills. other information are noted below!!”

nav: aaahhaaaaa!!! nandu, thank you soooo much.. tumne toh humari life set kardi.. thank you.. upar se patna!! humare ghar!!woow…thank you!!!!!

nan: relax navu!! you’re welcome!!

she hugs her in excitement.

cab: nandini, tumne yeh kaise kiya?

nan: woh, ek baar navya gaa rahi thi, toh maine uski recording karke bhej di..

muk: awesome yaar nandu, congrats navya..

after some more leg pulling, manik clears his throat trying to indicate cabir. cabir understands but you know , uska cupid side toh compulsary hai na… manik again coughs

cab: kya hua manik? gale mein kharrash? vicks ki goli lo khich khich door karo..

manik gives him the world famous monster glare..

cab: ok, fine..senti kyu ho raha hai…chal bye. he takes fab3 and navbhi inside..
Man: so, nandini murthy, Mera gift kaha Hai?

nan(acting): gift, kaisa gift!? konsa gift? i don’t have any gift!!

man(drama): achcha , so everything for my friends ..apne boyfriend ko bhool jao na..fine then..bye!

.nan: manik, arre wait…uff! ok, fine what do you want?

man(cutely) ek kissi…

nandu blushing …and moves toward him.. he closes his eyes and pouts his lips… and kisses his cheek..manik annoyed opens his eyes..nandu smirks . and tries to run but our monster holds her and yanks her closer..nandu closes her eyes due to proximity..

man: miss murthy, ab main aap ko sikhaunga ke kiss kaise karte hain!!!

nan(shy): achha, then teach me na, mr.malhotra..

manik is shocked at his bold nandu..but comes out of it before nandu can run..

man: ok, then student.. nosy se nosy milaake, lips to lips …..

before he could continue, nandini kisses him with all her love. manik is shocked but starts responding soon.. it was a sweet and passionate kiss..nandu was’nt matching up to his height so he held her waist and lifted her a bit.. they kissed with all their love for each other.. they broke apart and joined their foreheads, panting heavily.

man(smirk): so my nandu is bold now,hu? waise i love this change …

nan: manik..please… bas na ..

man: achha fine, chalo inside..

nan: haan, chalo…

manan make their way to their room. manik opens the door and gets a surprising shock.. just beside his bed was a shelf with all the trophies and certificates he had won in his life..with some of his childhood pics..(plz imagine a chhotu cute baby manik in the pics)

manik is shocked beyond words and tears form in his eyes. nandu notices it.

nan: manik, you don’t like it? i am sorry..main hata deti hoon..

she goes to remove but manik pulls her back with great force and hugs her tightly. nan is shocked.

man(crying): nandini, you know nyonika, she never bothered about these things..leave these, hell she never even cared about me .. usse sirph paise or property chahiye thi..in all this, i just lost my childhood .. buut you brought it back..thank you…thank you soo much…

he hugs her more tight and closes his eyes. nan smiles and responds she breaks the hug and wipes his tears and kisses his forehead..

nan: manik, whatever happened, just forget it..and focus on the present and future.. everyone is with you…me, fab5,rishabh , chachi and someone most important…

man(confused): who???

nan: chachi’s bhindi pasta!!!!!

she runs manik chases her. they fall on bed laughing . manik tickles her.

nan: hahaha, manik, bass uff ,,hehe!!!

manik stops and lays down beaide her . both breathing heavy due to running. they move close and hug each other and fall asleep in that position..finding solace in their arms… and from here the love story of manan continues…
