Samar introduces himself to Jay Singhania as Samar Surana, Jaya’s ex-husband. Jay says, he is Jay Singhania. Samar jokes Jay and Jaya are made for each other and asks Satya to get up and make Jaya sit next to Jaya. Jay says Samar is very funny. Samar says not before. Jay tells Satya that he is also a divorcee and got divorce 8 months ago, he went through a bad marriage. Samar asks hifi and says even he went through bad marriage due to someone else, pointing at Satya. Jay gets a call from his factory and asks to manage situation somehow, he will reach in sometime. Satya asks Jay to take Jaya out and speak. They both walk away. Samar researches about Jay on internet and finds about his factory issue.

Jay takes Jaya out and says he can wait for marriage asks if she still loves her husband. Jaya says a lot, she hates him a lot. She also needs time for marriage. Jay says they can meet often. They reach home, and Jay tells Satya that Jay is a very nice girl and he is looking forward for their wedding. He speaks to family nicely and walks away greeting Samar.

Samar walks to Jaya’s room and says he is going out and will come late, so she should not wait for his dinner. She says she does not care. He sees her struggling to remove bangle, applies vaseline while speaking to her and says bangle will come out easily now. Jaya removes bangle and reminisces past incident.

Samar meets Karthik and Puneeth who taunt that they heard Jay is very cultural and rich. Samar says whoever act as too perfect or calm are very dangerous just like sasumaa Satya. Puneeth says he is right, but what they can do. Samar tells about Jay’s factory’s fire accident and he was not bothered about employees’ life. Puneeth researches further on net. Samar reaches a bar and meets Jay’s ex-wife who reveals that Jay loves his money, gets angry soon and is very arrogant, and considers women as his slaves.

Samar reaches home and seeing food thinks Jaya kept it. He calls Jaya. Naani wakes up and says she kept food for him, he should have it and sleep soon. Samar says he is not hungry. Naani says Satya took Jaya with her and Jaya will sleep with Satya hereon; Jay looks very perfect, Samar should do something before it is too late. In Satya’s room, Jaya does not get sleep. Discussion starts. Satya emotionally blackmails her as usual, Jaya says she hates Samar for hurting Satya. Next morning, Samar meets Jaya and informs Jaya is not a good man. She says she does not believe him as usual. He shows news on internet. Jay enters.
