Samar informs family that he is going to court and nobody will stop them. Rama asks to rethink once. He says when 2 people’s thinking changes, it is better they part ways. Dadaji tries to stop him. Samar says it is not necessary all marriage survive, their marriages survived does not mean his marriage will survive. Vijay and Chachaji say they will accompany Samar. Samar says he will go alone and walks away. Sarika calls home and speaks to Chachi. Chachi says nothing is good, Samar and Jaya are getting divorce. Sarika says nobody took divorce in their family till now, she is coming home right now.
In court, lawyers discuss Satya is getting her 3rd daughter also divorced and is continuing her success track. Another lawyer says judge also has a track of not granting divorce so easily. Court hearing starts. Judge hears Jaya and Samar’s allegations and counterallegations while weaving sweater. Satya interferes repeatedly. Samar says all their problem is because of Satya’s interference in their lives and Jaya dumbly trusts her mom everytime. Judge says this looks like mother-in-law and son-in-law’s fight instead of husband and wife’s. Satya interferes again. Samar blames Satya again. Jaya asks him not to allege her mamma. Samar says he does not want any association with mad family. Judge says it is not easy to get divorce in her court and says they have to stay together for 6 months whether in their parent’s house or in some other house and meet her after 6 months.
Samar’s family tensely discuss they should not let Samar and Jaya’s divorce happen. Rama sees Sarika tensed and walks behind her. Sarika gets into her room and cries thinking because of her, Samar and Jaya are getting divorced. Rama enters and asks her to tell truth giving her baby’s promise. Sarika reveals truuth. Rama rushes to family and informs they have to stop Samar and Jaya’s divorce as Akash is culprit and was cheating on Sarika. Samar enters. Rama asks not to divorce Jaya as Akash was cheating on Sarika, Jaya and Satya were just helping Sarika. Samar shatters hearing that. Sarika apologizes him. Samar consoles her and stands shocked reminiscing Jaya’s pleads to trust her. Akash enters acting and greeting everyone starts his drama showing fake concern for Sarika. Samar gives him a tight slap.
